塩ビ・酢ビ共重合樹脂 15~25質量%、
メチルエチルケトン 25~35質量%、
シクロヘキサノン 30~40質量%、
アセトン 15~25質量%、
錫化合物 0.1~0.3質量%、
蛍光物質(例えば、3-[(キノリン-2-イル)メチリデン]イソインドリン-1-オン) 0.1~0.2質量%。
塩ビ・酢ビ共重合樹脂 15~25質量%、
メチルエチルケトン 25~35質量%、
シクロヘキサノン 30~40質量%、
アセトン 15~25質量%、
錫化合物 0.1~0.3質量%、
着色剤 0.01~10.0質量%。
接着剤として、下記の組成の接着剤を用意した。
・蛍光材料含有接着剤
塩ビ・酢ビ共重合樹脂:20.0質量%、
メチルエチルケトン:26.0質量%、
シクロヘキサノン:33.0質量%、
アセトン:20.7質量%、
錫安定剤:0.2質量%、
緑色蛍光物質(シンロイヒ株式会社製、FA-202):0.1質量%。
塩ビ・酢ビ共重合樹脂:18.0質量%、
メチルエチルケトン:25.3質量%、
シクロヘキサノン:33.0質量%、
アセトン:23.0質量%、
錫安定剤:0.2質量%、
着色剤(表1に記載):0.5質量%。
表1に示す比率でポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、スズ系安定剤(日東化成株式会社製、AT-6300)、滑剤(三井化学株式会社製、ハイワックス4202E)、および難燃剤を配合した後、内容積200リットルのヘンシェルミキサー(川田工業株式会社製)を用い、攪拌混合して樹脂組成物を得た。前記樹脂組成物を、射出成形機を用いて成形温度190℃で射出成形して、管継手を作製した。
小:30未満
中:30以上60未満
大:60以上90未満。
配管材は、表層、中間層及び内層からなるものとした。
作成した配管材の表層側の表面に着色材料含有接着剤を塗布し、配管材の表層の表面について、接着剤を塗布した箇所と接着剤を塗布していない箇所との色差を測定した。
接着剤を配管材の端部に塗布した。接着剤を塗布する長さは、配管材を管継手のストッパで係止されるまで挿入した際に管継手から露出する長さとした。続いて、接着剤を塗布した配管材を管継手の受け口に挿入して配管構造を得た。
蛍光接着剤:約750ルクスの明るさの部屋で、蛍光灯から2m離れた机の上にサンプルを置き、サンプルから50cm離れた位置からブラックライトを当て、蛍光接着剤の有無が視認できるかどうか確認した。
平成12年6月1日に施工された改正建築基準法の耐火性能試験の評価方法:ISO834-1に準拠して、耐火試験炉を用いて1時間耐火試験を実施した。加熱開始後、区画貫通部と配管材(パイプ)との隙間から煙が発生するまでに要する時間(発煙時間)を測定し、煙が発生するまでに要した時間が1時間以上の場合を○とし、煙が発生するまでに要した時間が1時間未満の場合を×とした。

Claims (2)
- 受口を備えた管継手と、配管材とを備え、床スラブの区画貫通部内で前記受口と前記配管材とが接着剤を介して接続されている配管構造であって、
前記管継手は、難燃剤を含み、前記受口はヘイズが40以上90以下であり、
前記配管材は、難燃剤を含み、外周面に着色層を備え、
前記接着剤は、蛍光材料を含み、
耐火試験(平成12年6月1日に施行された改正建築基準法の耐火性能試験の評価方法,ISO834-1に従う)での加熱開始後、継手と区画貫通部との隙間から煙が出るまでの時間(発煙時間)が120分以上であることを特徴とする配管構造。 - 前記配管は熱膨張性黒鉛を3~20質量部含有する層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管構造。
