ガス状態共凝集法によるマグネシウムリチウム合金生産方法であり、その工程は、下記の通りである。
工程1) 工業用硫酸リチウムを使用して、成型しない状況の下で、且つ、温度920℃と時間8時間の条件下で、安定的なLi2O.1.85CaO(MgO)を形成する。硫酸リチウムから酸化リチウムに分解する分解率が95.1%であり、金属リチウムの収率が96.1%に達する。
実施形態1での原料と方法の工程を採用して実験を行い、温度制御装置での第一凝縮室と第二凝縮室の温度だけを変更して、その他の条件がすべて実施形態1と同じである。具体的なテスト条件と結果は下記の通りである。

Claims (9)
- リチウム塩、抗融剤及び触媒を比例混合してから、圧力で成型した後、成型後の混合物を、工業用管状炉内に放置して、熱分解を行い、その後、酸化リチウムと抗融剤を反応させて不飽和複合酸化物を生成する工程であって、触媒で昇華凝縮を行った後、触媒を再利用する工程1)と、
前記工程1)で生成した不飽和複合酸化物、酸化マグネシウム、還元剤及び融剤をそれぞれ粉砕してボールミルで加工した後に成型する工程2)と、
前記工程2)で得られた成型物を、工業用耐熱鋼管状炉内に装入して、真空還元を行う工程であって、このとき、還元生成物がガス状態であり、且つ、固体材料を担持する工程3)と、
前記工程3)で得られた固体材料を担持するガスに、温度制御可能な急冷温度制御装置の集塵室での遠心式フィルタを通過させてから、第一凝縮室に入らせた後、気流速度が1.2-1.8m/secのガスで、遠心分離機と第一凝縮室の温度を850-950℃に制御し、且つ、殆どの固体粒子を除去し、その後、これに、ミクロ級セラミックスフィルタを通過させることによって、99.95%を上回る固体粒子に担持された塵埃を浄化し、出口温度を700-750℃に制御する工程4)と、
浄化された純金属ガスに、前記急冷温度制御装置の第二凝縮室を通過させ、第二凝縮室内の凝縮器外層で、-100℃を下回る冷却液体と金属ガスとに熱交換させ、冷却器の中心部ガスが、内壁へ伝導された熱量を奪うことによって、金属ガスが、合金の凝集相に凝縮するようにする工程5)と、
凝集相のマグネシウムリチウム合金をシャフト炉内に保持し、且つ、アルゴンガス保護の下で融剤溶錬と精錬を行って、純度が99.5%以上であるマグネシウムリチウム合金を得る工程6)と、
粗製マグネシウムリチウム合金を蒸留・分離した後、純度が99.95%以上であるマグネシウムリチウム合金を得る工程7)という7つの工程を含み、
前記リチウム塩が、リチウムを含有する炭酸塩、硝酸塩、硫酸塩、ケイ酸塩又はリチウムを含有する硫化物であり、前記抗融剤がCaO、Al 2 O 3 又はM g Oであり、前記触媒がSb 2 O 3 又はBi 2 O 3 であり、且つ、前記リチウム塩、前記抗融剤及び前記触媒のモル比が1:1.4-1.8:0.2-0.8であり、
前記還元剤は、高珪素フェロシリコン、Al含有量≧99wt%のアルミニウム粉、活性アルミニウムが70wt%を占め、且つ、粒度が8μmを下回るアルミニウム粉、アルミニウム・シリコンの合計量が、98%以上であるアルミニウム・シリコン粉、又は、炭素粉であり、融剤がCaF 2 であり、その純度が97.5%であり、
前記高珪素フェロシリコンは、珪素の純度が75%であるガス状態共凝集法によるマグネシウムリチウム合金生産方法。 - 前記工程1)において、リチウム塩、抗融剤及び触媒の粒度がすべて100μmを下回り、成型物が杏核形であり、重量が25-35g/個であり、圧力成型の条件が35-45Mpaであり、熱分解温度が860-900℃である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程2)において、不飽和複合酸化物、酸化マグネシウム、還元剤及び融剤をそれぞれ粉砕してボールミルで加工した後に成型し、ボールミルで加工した後の粒度が40-100μmであり、圧力成型の条件は、30-45Mpaの条件下で25-35g/個に加圧成形して、杏核形にすることである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不飽和複合酸化物と酸化マグネシウムとの質量比が3-80:20-97であり、且つ、不飽和複合酸化物及び酸化マグネシウムの総質量、還元剤及び融剤の質量比が76-87:15-23:1-3である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱分解工業用管状炉の真空度が10-20paであり、温度が860-950℃であり、寸法がφ159-φ330mm×3300mmであり、熱分解率≧99%となる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱還元工業耐熱鋼管状炉の寸法が159-φ330mm×3300mmであり、真空度が1-20paであり、温度が900-1300℃であり、熱還元率≧99%となる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記急冷温度制御装置が、反応領域(1)、集塵室(2)、第一凝縮室(3)、第二凝縮室(4)、集塵室の排滓穴(5)及び真空管(6)を含み、反応領域(1)が集塵室(2)に連通しており、集塵室(2)内に遠心分離機が設置され、集塵室(2)の下端に漏斗が設置され、漏斗の片側の下端に加熱領域入口(7)が設けられ、漏斗の底部に集塵室の排滓穴(5)が設けられ、集塵室(2)の片側の上端に加熱領域の第一出口(8)が設けられ、集塵室(2)の頂部に第一凝縮室(3)が設けられ、第一凝縮室(3)と集塵室(2)との接続箇所の上端に加熱領域の第二出口(10)が設けられ、第一凝縮室(3)内にセラミックス・ミクロンフィルタ(15)が設置されていて、第一凝縮室(3)が第二凝縮室(4)に連通しており、第一凝縮室(3)内には、第二凝縮室(4)に連通した箇所に加熱領域の第二入口(9)が設けられ、第二凝縮室(4)内には、第一凝縮室(3)に連通した箇所に真空管(6)が設置され、第二凝縮室(4)の両側にそれぞれ冷却剤入口(12)と冷却エア入口(13)及び冷却剤出口(11)と冷却エア出口(14)が設けられていることを含むことである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一凝縮室(3)と前記第二凝縮室(4)がすべて二層スリーブ式冷却器であり、第二凝縮室(4)内の冷却器中心部のガス流速が1.5-4m/secであり、凝集相金属の重量に対する冷却面積の比が0.4-0.7dm3/kgである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 精錬工程において、蒸留塔の下部温度を850-950℃に、中央温度を700-800℃に、上部温度を<100℃に制御した後、蒸留分離を行い、中央液体が99.95%マグネシウム・リチウム合金であり、且つ、インゴットとしてマグネシウムリチウム合金を製作してから、マグネシウムリチウム合金完成品を得る請求項7に記載の方法。
