Description
項1.酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物を備えた発熱具に使用され且つ透湿性を有するシートの透湿度制御方法であって、該シートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤を塗布することを特徴とする、該シートの透湿度制御方法。
項2.前記シートが、透湿性を有する樹脂フィルム、不織布及び織布からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項1に記載の方法。
項3.前記透湿性を有する樹脂フィルムが、透湿性を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである、項2に記載の方法。
項4.前記シートの少なくとも一部に1cm2あたり0.1×10-3mg以上の界面活性剤を塗布する、項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
項5.前記界面活性剤が、両性界面活性剤及びカチオン性界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
項6.透湿性を有する収容袋内に、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物が収容されている発熱具であって、該収容袋を構成する透湿性を有するシートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤が塗布されている、発熱具。
項7.前記シートが、透湿性を有する樹脂フィルム、不織布及び織布からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項6に記載の発熱具。
項8.前記透湿性を有する樹脂フィルムが、透湿性を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである、項7に記載の発熱具。
項9.前記透湿性を有するシートの少なくとも一部に1cm2あたり0.1×10-3mg以上の前記界面活性剤が塗布されている、項6~8のいずれかに記載の発熱具。
項10.前記界面活性剤が、両性界面活性剤及びカチオン性界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項6~9のいずれかに記載の発熱具。
本発明においてシートは、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物を備えた発熱具に使用されるシートであって、且つ、透湿性を有するシートである。シートは、この限りにおいて制限されず、例えば樹脂フィルム、不織布、織布等が挙げられる。
界面活性剤は、ノニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、アニオン性界面活性剤のいずれであってもよい。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
本発明においてシートの透湿度は、前記シートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤を塗布することにより制御できる。このことから、本発明のシートの透湿度制御方法は、前記シートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤を塗布する工程を有する。
前記シートが使用される発熱具は、酸素(空気)の存在下で発熱する発熱性組成物の発熱原理を利用して発熱するものである。すなわち、発熱具は、酸素(空気)の存在下で発熱する発熱性組成物を備える。
前述の通り、本発明において発熱具は、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物を備えるといえる。
本発明を制限するものではないが、以下に収容袋について説明する。
試験手順
樹脂フィルムと不織布とを貼り合わせた積層シート(100cm2)の樹脂フィルム側に、表1に従って界面活性剤が所定濃度(0.01%、0.1%、0.5%、1%)になるように水で希釈し、得られた希釈液188mgを樹脂フィルム全面にまんべんなくスプレー塗布した。これを室温(20℃)で完全に乾燥させたのち、JIS K7129(2008年)に準拠して透湿度を測定した。このようにして、実施例1~10の各シートを得た。
次の式に従い、塗布前の透湿度を100として、塗布前透湿度に対する塗布後透湿度を、相対透湿度として算出した。
相対透湿度=塗布後透湿度×100/塗布前透湿度
結果を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物を備えた発熱具に使用され且つ透湿性を有するシートの透湿度制御方法であって、該シートの少なくとも一部に、両性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤及びアニオン性界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤を塗布することを特徴とする、該シートの透湿度制御方法、
ここで、該両性界面活性剤はヤシ油脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン及びアルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタインからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であり、
該カチオン性界面活性剤は塩化ベンザルコニウム及びラウリルジメチルエチルアンモニウムエチルサルフェートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であり、
該アニオン性界面活性剤はポリオキシエチレントリデシルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムである。 - 前記シートが、透湿性を有する樹脂フィルム、不織布及び織布からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透湿性を有する樹脂フィルムが、透湿性を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 透湿性を有する収容袋内に、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物が収容されている発熱具であって、該収容袋を構成する透湿性を有するシートの少なくとも一部に、両性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤及びアニオン性界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤が塗布されている、発熱具、
ここで、該両性界面活性剤はヤシ油脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン及びアルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタインからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であり、
該カチオン性界面活性剤は塩化ベンザルコニウム及びラウリルジメチルエチルアンモニウムエチルサルフェートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であり、
該アニオン性界面活性剤はポリオキシエチレントリデシルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムである。
