本出願は2020年1月3日付韓国特許出願第10-2020-0001004号および2020年12月30日付韓国特許出願第10-2020-0188256号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
ウォブルパターンを有する接着部材を形成することによって、不良が発生した電池セルを脱着する時、再作業が可能なように塗布量制御が可能である。
再作業時、除去剤でスプレー型粘着剤を除去することによって電池セル表面の物理的スクラッチおよび化学的残留物を最少化することができる。

Claims (17)
- 一方向に積層されている複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレーム、
前記モジュールフレームと前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する圧縮パッド、および
前記圧縮パッドと前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する第2接着部材を含み、
前記複数の電池セルのうちの互いに隣接する電池セルはスプレー型粘着剤が硬化された第1接着部材で結合され、
前記第1接着部材は、前記複数の電池セルが積層される一方向と異なる一方向に沿って伸びている少なくとも一つの所定のパターンを有し、
前記第2接着部材は、前記複数の電池セルが積層される一方向と異なる一方向に沿って伸びている少なくとも一つの所定のパターンを有し、
前記第1接着部材および前記第2接着部材の前記所定のパターンは、前記電池セルの一面に1個の渦巻パターンまたは2個以上の互いに平行な渦巻パターン(Swirl pattern)を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1接着部材は、前記所定のパターンが伸びる方向に沿って配列される複数のドットパターンを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルのスウェリング発生時、前記第1接着部材の厚さが減少する、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法において、
粘着剤タンクに入っているセル粘着剤をスプレーガン(spray gun)まで移動する段階、
前記スプレーガンのノズルを通じて前記電池セルの一面に前記セル粘着剤を噴射する段階、
前記複数の電池セルが積層されるようにする段階、および
前記複数の電池セルが積層されるようにする段階以後に、電池セルまたは不良に積層された電池セルを脱着する段階を含み、
前記ノズルを通じて出る前記セル粘着剤は、所定のパターンを形成しながら前記電池セルの一面に噴射される、電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。 - 前記所定のパターンは、渦巻パターン(Swirl pattern)を含む、請求項4に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。

- 前記スプレーガンのノズルを通じて前記電池セルの一面に前記セル粘着剤を噴射する段階は、前記セル粘着剤が前記ノズルから前記電池セルの一面に到達するまで空気中で自然冷却される段階を含む、請求項8に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記セル粘着剤はホットメルト粘着剤を含み、前記粘着剤タンクに入っている前記ホットメルト粘着剤を溶かす段階をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記セル粘着剤はUV粘着剤を含み、前記電池セルの一面に前記UV粘着剤を噴射する段階以後に前記UV粘着剤を硬化する段階をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記複数の電池セルが積層されるようにする段階は、前記電池セルの他の一面をピックアップして移動する段階を含む、請求項4に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記脱着された電池セルの一面を除去剤を使用して前記セル粘着剤を除去する段階をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記除去剤は、イソパラフィンL(Isoparaffine L)、ヒドロ処理された軽蒸留液(Hydrotreated light distillate)、およびミネラルスピリット(Mineral Spirits)の混合物を含む、請求項13に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記セル粘着剤を除去する段階は、前記除去剤を第1無塵布(lint free wiper)に付け、前記第1無塵布で前記脱着された電池セルの一面に付着された前記セル粘着剤を除去する段階を含む、請求項13に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 不良セルに該当する前記電池セルまたは不良に積層された前記電池セルを脱着する段階は、互いに隣接する電池セルの間に前記除去剤を投入して物理的な力で前記電池セルを脱着する、請求項15に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
- 前記第1無塵布で前記セル粘着剤を除去する段階以後に、エチルアセテートを付けた第2無塵布で前記脱着された電池セルの一面に残っている前記除去剤を除去する、請求項15に記載の電池セルアセンブリーの製造方法。
