Claims (7)
- 底面と側壁とを少なくとも有するバッテリケースと、
車両前後方向および車両幅方向に並べられた状態で前記バッテリケースの前記底面に載置された複数のバッテリモジュールからなるバッテリモジュール群と、
前記バッテリモジュール群に空気を送る送風ファンと、
前記バッテリモジュール群の外周に沿って配置され、前記送風ファンから送られる空気を前記バッテリモジュール群に導く送風ダクトと、を備え、
前記バッテリモジュール群、前記送風ファンおよび前記送風ダクトが前記バッテリケースに収容されたバッテリパックであって、
複数の前記バッテリモジュールは、
前記バッテリケースの前記側壁と対向して配置された第1バッテリモジュールと、
前記バッテリケースの前記側壁と対向し、かつ、前記第1バッテリモジュールに対して車両前後方向で前記送風ダクトより遠い側に隣り合って配置された第2バッテリモジュールと、を含み、
前記送風ダクトは、
前記バッテリケースの前記側壁と前記第1バッテリモジュールの側面との間を車両前後方向に延びる前後方向延伸部と、
前記第1バッテリモジュールと前記第2バッテリモジュールとの間に挟まれた状態で車両幅方向に延びる幅方向延伸部と、
前記前後方向延伸部と前記幅方向延伸部とを連結する湾曲部と、を有し、
前記幅方向延伸部の下流端部に、前記第1バッテリモジュールにおける前記前後方向延伸部に対向する側面とは反対側の側面に沿って延伸する空気吹き出し部が設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記空気吹き出し部に、当該空気吹き出し部の延伸方向に空気を吹き出す吹き出し口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記空気吹き出し部を第1空気吹き出し部とした場合、
前記幅方向延伸部の前記下流端部に、前記第2バッテリモジュールの側面に沿って延伸する第2空気吹き出し部が設けられ、
前記第2空気吹き出し部に、当該第2空気吹き出し部の延伸方向に空気を吹き出す吹き出し口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1バッテリモジュールおよび前記第2バッテリモジュールは、互いに対向する側面に、側方に突出する台座部と、前記台座部の上面に形成された電極端子と、を有し、
前記幅方向延伸部の前記車両前後方向を向く2つの側面は、前記第1バッテリモジュールおよび前記第2バッテリモジュールの前記台座部に前記車両前後方向でそれぞれ当接し、
前記幅方向延伸部の上端は、前記台座部の上面よりも高い位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリケースは、車両幅方向の両方の前記側壁に跨るクロスメンバを、前記バッテリケースの前記底面に有し、
前記第1バッテリモジュールおよび前記第2バッテリモジュールのそれぞれ対向する側面を含む前記台座部および前記幅方向延伸部が、前記クロスメンバの上方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1バッテリモジュールおよび前記第2バッテリモジュールのそれぞれの前記電極端子の間を接続するバスバーが設けられ、前記バスバーは、前記幅方向延伸部の上面に沿うように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記幅方向延伸部はクッション材に覆われていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリパック。
