Claims (3)
- 電子を放出する陰極と、
前記陰極から放出された電子が衝突することでX線を発生する陽極ターゲットと、
管部と、前記管部の一端側を閉塞し前記陽極ターゲットが接合された底部と、を有する陽極ブロックと、
前記管部の内側に位置し、前記底部に向けて冷却液を吐出する吐出口を有し、前記陽極ブロックとの間に前記冷却液の流路を形成する導水パイプと、
前記底部の内面を被覆し、ニッケルを含む硬質金によって形成された保護膜と、
を備え、
前記硬質金は、1wt%よりも多いニッケルを含み、
前記硬質金は、3wt%以下のニッケルを含む、
X線管装置。 - 前記保護膜は、前記底部の前記内面、及び前記管部の内周面を連続的に被覆している、
請求項1に記載のX線管装置。 - 前記内面を被覆する前記保護膜の第1厚さは、前記内周面を被覆する前記保護膜の第2
厚さより大きい、請求項2に記載のX線管装置。
