Description
本発明は、電気信号を伝送するポール及びポールを取り囲む第1の収容キャビティを含み、圧力検出ユニットを含むシール検出装置をさらに含み、圧力検出ユニットは、第1の収容キャビティ内に位置し、第1の収容キャビティがシール状態にあるときの圧力変化を検出し、当該圧力変化に基づいて第1の収容キャビティのシールが正常であるか否かを判断し、第1の接触部をさらに含み、第1の接触部に第1の接触部の形状に合ったガスケットが設けられ、第1の接触部及びガスケットは、第1の収容キャビティを取り囲んでいる電気コネクタシステムを提供する。
Claims (9)
- 電気信号を伝送するポール及び前記ポールを取り囲む第1の収容キャビティを含む電気コネクタシステムであって、
圧力検出ユニットを含むシール検出装置をさらに含み、前記圧力検出ユニットは、前記第1の収容キャビティ内に位置し、第1の収容キャビティがシール状態にあるときの圧力変化を検出し、
前記電気コネクタシステムは、当該圧力変化に基づいて前記第1の収容キャビティのシールが正常であるか否かを判断し、
前記電気コネクタシステムは、第1の接触部をさらに含み、前記第1の接触部に前記第1の接触部の形状に合ったガスケットが設けられ、前記第1の接触部及び前記ガスケットは、前記第1の収容キャビティを取り囲んでいる、
ことを特徴とする電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記圧力変化を受信し、かつ前記圧力変化が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に警報指令信号を出すための歪みコントローラをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記圧力検出ユニットは、光ファイバ歪みセンサを含み、前記光ファイバ歪みセンサの検出端が前記第1の収容キャビティ内に設けられ、前記光ファイバ歪みセンサの光ファイバが前記第1の収容キャビティの外部に引き出され、前記歪みコントローラは、前記第1の収容キャビティの外部に設けられ、前記歪みコントローラは、前記光ファイバに接続されて前記圧力変化を受信する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記電気コネクタシステムに引き出し穴が設けられ、前記光ファイバが前記引き出し穴を通過して前記第1の収容キャビティの外部に引き出され、前記光ファイバと前記引き出し穴との間の空隙は、シール部材によってシールされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記シール部材は、エポキシ樹脂接着剤シール部材または有機シリカゲルシール部材を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記歪みコントローラに電気的に接続され、前記警報指令信号を受信してから警報を出すための警報ユニットをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 電気自動車のバッテリパック用のクイックチェンジコネクタであって、
車両側接続部材及び請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタシステムを含み、前記電気コネクタシステムは、前記クイックチェンジコネクタのバッテリ側接続部材として、バッテリパックに接続され、前記車両側接続部材は、車両に接続され、前記車両側接続部材は、前記第1の収容キャビティをシールするように、前記電気コネクタシステムにドッキングされる、
ことを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリパック用のクイックチェンジコネクタ。 - 前記電気コネクタシステムに第1の接触部が設けられ、前記車両側接続部材に第2の接触部が設けられ、前記第1の接触部と前記第2の接触部とが対応して設けられ、前記クイックチェンジコネクタは、ガスケットをさらに含み、前記第1の接触部及び前記第2の接触部は、前記車両側接続部材が前記電気コネクタシステムにドッキングされるように、前記ガスケットを押圧する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気自動車のバッテリパック用のクイックチェンジコネクタ。 - 前記電気コネクタシステムは、前記圧力変化を受信し、かつ前記圧力変化が予め設定された値よりも大きい場合に警報指令信号を出すための歪みコントローラをさらに含み、前記歪みコントローラは、前記電気自動車のバッテリー管理システムに電気的に接続され、前記歪みコントローラは、前記バッテリー管理システムに前記警報指令信号を送信する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気自動車のバッテリパック用のクイックチェンジコネクタ。
