他の一実施形態において、圧力センシング部460で測定した面圧維持部430の圧力データが基準値の範囲より高い場合、データ処理部470は圧力センシング部460で測定した測定データを 受け取り、上記流体供給部440と流体制御部450の動作を決定する。
別の一実施形態において、圧力センシング部460で測定した面圧維持部430の圧力データが基準値の範囲に含まれる場合、上記データ処理部470は圧力センシング部460の測定圧力を受け取り、流体供給部440と流体制御部450の動作を中断する信号を送る。

Claims (13)
- モジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内に収容され、n個(nは2以上の整数)の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体の一面に積層されて、前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールケースの一面との間を支持し、かつ内部に流体が流入される構造を有するチューブと、
前記チューブと流体連結されて、前記チューブに流体を供給する流体供給装置と、
前記チューブと前記流体供給装置との間に連結されて、前記チューブに流入される流体の流入量を制御して、前記モジュールケース内に収容される前記電池セルの面圧を一定に維持させる流体制御弁と、
前記電池セル積層体の一面に積層される加圧プレートと、
を含み、
前記加圧プレートと前記モジュールケースの一面との間には、1つまたは複数個のストッパーブロックを含んで、前記加圧プレートの積層方向の動きを制限する構造を有している、電池モジュール。 - 前記チューブと前記流体制御弁との間に連結されて、流体が流入された前記チューブの圧力を測定する圧力センサーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記チューブは、軟質または弾性材料である、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流体供給装置は、流体ポンプまたは圧力水頭を用いる装置である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記チューブ内に流入される流体は、液体またはゲル状態である、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体は、積層された前記電池セルの間に圧縮パッドが配置され、前記圧縮パッド間に、3~10個の前記電池セルが配置される構造を有する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体は、m個(mは2以上の整数)の前記電池セルを相互電気的に連結するバスバー組立体をさらに備える、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池セル積層体が収容されたモジュールケース部と、
前記電池セル積層体の一面に積層されて、前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールケース部の一面との間を支持し、かつ内部に流体が流入されるチューブ状の面圧維持部と、
前記面圧維持部と流体連結されて、前記面圧維持部に流体を供給する流体供給部と、
前記面圧維持部と前記流体供給部との間に連結されて、前記面圧維持部の圧力を測定する圧力センシング部と、
前記圧力センシング部と前記流体供給部との間に連結されて、前記圧力センシング部から測定された圧力に応じて前記面圧維持部に流入される流体の流入量を制御する流体制御部と、
前記電池セル積層体の一面に積層される加圧プレートと、
を含み
前記加圧プレートと前記モジュールケース部の一面との間には、1つまたは複数個のストッパーブロックを含んで、前記加圧プレートの積層方向の動きを制限する構造を有している、電池モジュールシステム。 - 電池モジュールシステムは、前記圧力センシング部から測定された前記面圧維持部の圧力データを伝達されて前記流体供給部および前記流体制御部の作動の可否を決定するデータ処理部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールシステム。
- 前記データ処理部は、前記圧力センシング部から測定した前記面圧維持部の圧力データが基準値の範囲より低い場合、前記流体供給部と前記流体制御部の作動を決定し、
前記面圧維持部の圧力が基準値の範囲に到達するまで前記面圧維持部の内部に流体を供給する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールシステム。 - 前記データ処理部は、前記圧力センシング部から測定した前記面圧維持部の圧力データが基準値の範囲より高い場合、前記流体供給部と前記流体制御部の作動を決定し、
前記面圧維持部の圧力が基準値の範囲に到達するまで前記面圧維持部の内部に流体を排出する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールシステム。 - 前記データ処理部は、前記圧力センシング部から測定した前記面圧維持部の圧力データが基準値の範囲に含まれる場合、前記流体供給部と前記流体制御部の作動を停止する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールシステム。
- 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
