Claims (7)
- 電池モジュールにおいて、
上蓋(13)と、
下蓋(14)と、
複数の電池セル(11)及び前記複数の電池セル(11)に電気的に接続される複数のバスバー(12)とを含む電池セル配列構造(10)であって、前記上蓋(13)と前記下蓋(14)との間に設置されており、そのうち、前記電池セル配列構造(10)の各前記電池セル(11)のいずれにも防爆弁(116)が設けられた電池セル配列構造(10)と、
前記下蓋(14)に対して鉛直に設置され、前記電池セル配列構造(10)に沿って延在し、かつ、前記いずれの防爆弁(116)にも対向する防火部材本体(171)及び前記防火部材本体(171)の前記上蓋(13)側の上端に接続され、前記電池セル配列構造(10)に接近する方向へ延びる延出部(172,173,174)を有する防火部材(17)と、
前記電池セル配列構造(10)の前記下蓋(14)側に設置されており、消火剤を貯留することができる流体通路が設けられている消火部材(18)と、を有し、
前記電池モジュール(1)は、2つ以上の前記電池セル配列構造(10)を備え、そのうち、1つの前記電池セル配列構造(10)は、第1電池セル配列構造(101)であり、前記第1電池セル配列構造(101)に隣接するもう一つの前記電池セル配列構造(10)は、第2電池セル配列構造(102)であり、
前記第1電池セル配列構造(101)の前記防爆弁(116)と前記第2電池セル配列構造(102)の前記防爆弁(116)はいずれも前記防火部材本体(171)に対向しており、前記防火部材(17)は、前記第1電池セル配列構造(101)の前記防爆弁(116)と前記第2電池セル配列構造(102)の前記防爆弁(116)との間に位置する、
電池モジュール。 - 前記延出部は、第1延出部(172)を含み、前記第1延出部(172)は前記第1電池セル配列構造(101)に接近する方向へ延びている、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記延出部は、第2延出部(173)をさらに含み、前記第2延出部(173)は前記第2電池セル配列構造(102)に接近する方向へ延びている、
請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記防火部材本体(171)、前記第1延出部(172)及び前記第2延出部(173)は、一体構造となっている、
請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記延出部は、第3延出部(174)を含み、前記第3延出部(174)は前記電池セル(11)に接近する方向へ延びており、及び/又は、
前記防火部材(17)は、前記防火部材本体(171)の下蓋側の下端に接続される延出部(175)をさらに含み、前記防火部材本体(171)の下蓋側の下端に接続される前記延出部(175)は前記
電池セル(11)に接近する方向へ延びている、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記防火部材(17)の融点は、500℃以上である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 電池パックであって、
収容箱と、
前記収容箱内に設置された複数の請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール(1)と、を備える、
