Description
Claims (7)
- 冷媒として、R290を使用した冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法であって、
前記冷凍サイクル装置は、
圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁および蒸発器と、
前記圧縮機、前記凝縮器、前記膨張弁、前記蒸発器および前記圧縮機の順に接続されて、前記冷媒が流れる冷媒配管と、
前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機との間を接続する前記冷媒配管の部分に設けられた吸熱部と、
前記吸熱部に接触するように配置され、前記蒸発器を流れた前記冷媒の温度よりも高い温度を有する熱源部と、
前記吸熱部が設けられた前記冷媒配管の前記部分と並列になるように接続された分岐配管と、
前記分岐配管に設けられ、前記冷媒の流量を調整する流量調整弁と
を備え、
前記冷媒として前記R290を使用した場合における吸入過熱度と成績係数との関係に基づいて、
前記吸熱部を流れた前記冷媒の前記吸入過熱度が、前記成績係数が最大値となる目標吸熱過熱度よりも低い場合には、前記流量調整弁を絞り、前記吸熱部に流れ込む前記冷媒の流量を増加させ、
前記吸熱部を流れた前記冷媒の前記吸入過熱度が、前記目標吸熱過熱度よりも高い場合には、前記流量調整弁を開けて、前記吸熱部に流れ込む前記冷媒の流量を減少させる、冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。 - 前記冷凍サイクル装置における前記熱源部は、電気品を収容した電気品箱を含む、請求項1記載の冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。
- 前記冷凍サイクル装置における前記熱源部は、前記圧縮機を含む、請求項1記載の冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。
- 前記冷凍サイクル装置は、前記圧縮機を収容する筺体を備え、
前記冷凍サイクル装置における前記熱源部は、前記筺体を含む、請求項1記載の冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。 - 前記冷凍サイクル装置は、前記凝縮器および前記蒸発器として、第1熱交換器と第2熱交換器とを有し、
前記冷凍サイクル装置は、前記第1熱交換器を前記凝縮器とし、前記第2熱交換器を前記蒸発器として運転する第1運転と、前記第2熱交換器を前記凝縮器とし、前記第1熱交換器を前記蒸発器として運転する第2運転とを切り替える四方弁を備え、
前記冷凍サイクル装置では、前記吸熱部が設けられた前記冷媒配管の前記部分は、前記四方弁と前記圧縮機との間に配置された、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。 - 圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁および蒸発器を備えた冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法であって、
前記冷凍サイクル装置は、
前記圧縮機、前記凝縮器、前記膨張弁、前記蒸発器および前記圧縮機の順に接続されて、冷媒が流れる冷媒配管と、
前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機との間を接続する前記冷媒配管の部分に設けられた吸熱部と、
前記吸熱部に接触するように配置された熱源部と、
前記吸熱部が設けられた前記冷媒配管の前記部分と並列になるように接続された分岐配管と
を備え、
前記冷媒は、前記吸熱部を流れた前記冷媒の過熱度が増加するのにしたがって、成績係数が大きくなった後、小さくなる性質を有し、
前記冷凍サイクル装置における前記分岐配管には、前記冷媒の流量を調整する流量調整弁が設けられ、
前記冷媒を使用した場合における吸入過熱度と前記成績係数との関係に基づいて、
前記吸熱部を流れた前記冷媒の前記吸入過熱度が、前記成績係数が最大値となる目標吸熱過熱度よりも低い場合には、前記流量調整弁を絞り、前記吸熱部に流れ込む前記冷媒の流量を増加させ、
前記吸熱部を流れた前記冷媒の前記吸入過熱度が、前記目標吸熱過熱度よりも高い場合には、前記流量調整弁を開けて、前記吸熱部に流れ込む前記冷媒の流量を減少させる、冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。 - 前記冷媒は、R290を含む、請求項6記載の冷凍サイクル装置の制御方法。
