Claims (17)
- コンタクトレンズ用パッケージ(2)を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を有する収容要素(4)を成形するステップと、
前記収容要素(4)を、前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)の領域において、酸化ケイ素または酸化アルミニウムを含むコーティング剤(16)でコーティングするステップと、
前記収容要素(4)の前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)にコンタクトレンズ液(12)及びコンタクトレンズ(14)を充填するステップと、
前記収容要素(4)にカバーフィルム(8)を貼り付けて、前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を閉じるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記収容要素(4)を成形するステップは、
フィルムウェブ(18)を供給するステップ、および
前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)をフィルムウェブ(18)に熱成形するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記収容要素(4)を成形するステップは、さらに、前記収容要素(4)をコーティングするステップの前に、前記収容要素(4)を前記フィルムウェブ(18)から打ち抜くステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記収容要素(4)は、少なくとも1つのカップ(6)の領域において、0.05mmと0.6mmとの間である壁厚(W)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収容要素(4)をコーティングするステップの前に、さらに、
ハンドリング装置によって前記収容要素(4)を把持するステップ、および、
把持された前記収容要素(4)を、前記ハンドリング装置によって支持体(20)へ挿入するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記収容要素(4)の前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を充填するステップは、充填ステーション(46)を通して前記支持体(20)を移動させることを含み、
前記収容要素(4)に前記カバーフィルム(8)を貼り付けるステップは、前記支持体(20)を、シーリングステーション(48)を通して移動させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - さらに、前記収容要素(4)をコーティングするステップの前に、前記収容要素(4)をコーティング室(24)に配置するステップを含み、
前記収容要素(4)のコーティングは、前記コーティング室(24)内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング室(24)内で前記収容要素(4)を配置するステップの後、前記収容要素(4)をコーティングするステップの前に、さらに、
前記コーティング室(24)内に大気圧以下の圧力を発生させるステップ、および、
前記コーティング室(24)内に処理ガスを導入するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記収容要素(4)をコーティングするステップは、前記コーティング室(24)内でプラズマを発生させ、その結果、前記コーティング剤(16)を発生させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング剤(16)が、10nmと250nmとの間である層厚(S)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング剤(16)が、20nmと80nmとの間である層厚(S)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- コンタクトレンズ液(12)およびコンタクトレンズ(14)を収容するための少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を有する収容要素(4)と、
前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を密閉するために前記収容要素(4)に接続されているカバーフィルム(8)と、を備え、
前記収容要素(4)が、前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)の領域において、酸化ケイ素または酸化アルミニウムを含むコーティング剤(16)を有していることを特徴とするコンタクトレンズ用パッケージ(2)。 - 前記収容要素(4)が、少なくとも1つのカップ(6)の領域において、0.05mmと0.6mmとの間である壁厚(W)を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコンタクトレンズ用パッケージ(2)。
- 前記コーティング剤(16)は、10nmと250nmとの間である層厚(S)を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコンタクトレンズ用パッケージ(2)。
- 前記コーティング剤(16)は、20nmと80nmとの間である層厚(S)を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコンタクトレンズ用パッケージ(2)。
- コンタクトレンズ用パッケージ(2)を製造するためのパッケージング機(32)であって、
収容要素(4)の少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を成形するように構成された成形ステーション(34)と、
前記収容要素(4)を、前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)の領域において、酸化ケイ素または酸化アルミニウムを含むコーティング剤(16)でコーティングするように構成されたコーティングステーション(44)と、
前記収容要素(4)の前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)をコンタクトレンズ液(12)及びコンタクトレンズ(14)で充填するように構成された充填ステーション(46)と、
前記収容要素(4)にカバーフィルム(8)を貼り付けて、前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を密閉するように構成されたシーリングステーション(48)と、を備えることを特徴とするパッケージング機(32)。 - 成形ステーション(34)が、フィルムウェブ(18)を加熱するための加熱装置(36)と、前記少なくとも1つのカップ(6)を前記フィルムウェブ(18)に成形するための成形装置(38)と、を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のパッケージング機(32)。
