を含む樹脂系基材やガラス基材等で形成される。樹脂系基材の耐熱性は、一般的に150℃程度であるため、基材2として樹脂系基材を用いる場合には、その上に積層される部材の熱処理温度も概ね150℃が上限となる。基材2の屈折率は特に限定されないが、基材2が樹脂系基材からなる場合には、基材2の屈折率は1.4から1.6の範囲となる場合がある。なお、基材2には、屈折率調整層(インデックスマッチング層)が設けられている場合がある。屈折率調整層は、基材2と基材2に設けられた透明導電材料(第1の透明電極部4および第2の透明電極部5)とからなる積層構造と、基材2との間で干渉により透明導電材料が設けられた部分の不可視性が低下することを抑制する機能を有する。以降の説明では、基材2と基材2に設けられた透明導電材料(第1の透明電極部4および第2の透明電極部5)とからなる積層構造と、この積層構造にさらに絶縁層20およびブリッジ配線部10が積層された構造との間での不可視性について検討した結果が示されており、この不可視性には、基材2に屈折率調整層が設けられているか否かは影響を与えない。

Claims (7)
- 透光性を有する基材と、
前記基材の第1の方向に沿って並んで配置され、透光性を有する複数の第1の透明電極部と、前記第1の透明電極部に一体として設けられ、隣り合う2つの前記第1の透明電極部を互いに電気的に接続する連結部を備える第1の透明電極と、
前記基材に前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に沿って並んで配置され、透光性を有する複数の第2の透明電極部と、前記第2の透明電極部とは別体として設けられて隣り合う2つの前記第2の透明電極部を互いに電気的に接続するブリッジ配線部とを備えた第2の透明電極と、
前記第1の透明電極と前記ブリッジ配線部との間に形成された絶縁層と、を備え、
前記第2の透明電極部は結晶性ITOで形成され、前記ブリッジ配線部はアモルファスIZOで形成され、
前記第2の透明電極部の厚さをTE、前記ブリッジ配線部の厚さをTBとしたとき、下記式(1)および下記式(2)を満たすことを特徴とする静電容量式センサ。

- 前記第1の透明電極は結晶性ITOから形成され、前記第1の透明電極の厚さは前記第2の透明電極部の厚さに等しく、前記第1の透明電極と前記ブリッジ配線部とは前記絶縁層を介して交差する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の静電容量式センサ。
- 前記絶縁層は樹脂系材料からなり、屈折率が1.5以上2.0以下である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量式センサ。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量式センサと、前記静電容量式センサの前記基材側に設けられた光源とを備えることを特徴とする入力装置。
- 前記光源が有機EL発光素子である、請求項5に記載の入力装置。
- 前記光源は、複数の発光体の集積体からなり、前記複数の発光体の配列ピッチは20μm以下である、請求項5または請求項6に記載の入力装置。
