Claims (7)
- 鉱山車両(300)において、
- 鉱山車両の移動および穿孔機能の少なくとも一方の機能において電力供給するためのAC電気モーター(104)と、
- 外部グリッド(203)から第1のAC電圧を受け取るための外部グリッドコネクタ(106)と、
- 電池(101)、および、第2のAC電圧を提供するための、前記電池(101)と前記AC電気モーター(104)との間に結合されたインバーター(102)と、
- 前記外部グリッドコネクタ(106)と前記AC電気モーター(104)との間の第1の制御可能スイッチ(201)と、
- 前記インバーター(102)と前記AC電気モーター(104)との間の第2の制御可能スイッチ(202)と、
- 制御コンピュータ(305)とを備え、前記制御コンピュータ(305)は、前記第1の制御可能スイッチ(201)および前記第2の制御可能スイッチ(202)に結合され、前記AC電気モーター(104)に対する前記第1および第2のAC電圧の結合を制御するように構成される、鉱山車両(300)であって、
- 鉱山車両は、前記第1のAC電圧の位相を検出するように構成される第1の検出器(402)を備え、
- 鉱山車両は、前記第2のAC電圧の位相を検出するように構成される第2の検出器(403)を備え、
- 鉱山車両は、同期比較器(401)を備え、前記同期比較器(401)は、第1の検出器(402)および第2の検出器(403)に結合され、前記第1のAC電圧と第2のAC電圧の間の位相差を示す同期信号(411)を生成するように構成され、
- 前記制御コンピュータ(305)は、モーター起動シーケンスを実装するように構成され、前記モーター起動シーケンスは、
- 前記第2のAC電圧を前記AC電気モーター(104)に結合させるために前記第2のスイッチ(202)を閉鎖すること、
- 前記第1のAC電圧と前記第2のAC電圧との間の前記位相差が所定の限度より小さくなることを通知するために前記同期信号(411)をモニターすること、
- 前記第2のスイッチ(202)を開放すること、および、
- 前記第1のAC電圧を前記AC電気モーター(104)に結合させるために前記第1のスイッチ(201)を閉鎖すること
を含む、鉱山車両(300)。 - - 前記制御コンピュータ(305)は、前記インバーター(102)の第1の制御入力に結合され、前記インバーター(102)に速度基準信号(412)を提供するように構成され、
- 前記AC電気モーター(104)の速度検出器は、前記インバーター(102)の第2の制御入力に結合され、前記インバーター(102)に速度フィードバック信号(413)を提供するように構成され、
- 前記インバーター(102)は、前記速度フィードバック信号(413)を前記速度基準信号(412)に一致させるために、前記第2のAC電圧の提供を制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の鉱山車両(300)。 - - 前記インバーター(102)は、前記制御コンピュータ(305)の入力に結合され、前記制御コンピュータ(305)にモーター速度インジケータ信号(414)を提供するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の鉱山車両(300)。
- 前記制御コンピュータ(305)とユーザーとの間で情報が交換されることを可能にするために前記制御コンピュータ(305)に結合されたユーザーインタフェース(406)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鉱山車両(300)。
- 穿孔機能の手段として岩石穿孔機械を備えた、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鉱山車両(300)。
- 鉱山車両(300)のAC電気モーター(104)を起動させるための方法であって、
- 前記鉱山車両(300)のオンボード電池式インバーター(102)によって提供される第2のAC電圧によって、前記AC電気モーター(104)を第1の速度まで加速させる(501)こと、
- 外部グリッド(203)から取得される第1のAC電圧の位相を前記第2のAC電圧の位相と比較する(502)こと、
- 前記第1のAC電圧と第2のAC電圧の前記位相の間の差が所定の限度より大きいことに対する応答として、前記オンボード電池式インバーター(102)が前記AC電気モーター(104)を回転させる速度を変更する(503)こと、および、
- 前記第1のAC電圧と第2のAC電圧の前記位相の間の前記差が前記所定の限度より小さいことに対する応答として、前記第2のAC電圧によって前記AC電気モーター(104)を回転させることから前記第1のAC電圧によって前記AC電気モーター(104)を回転させることに変更する(504,505)ことを含む、方法。 - - 前記第2のAC電圧を制御可能周波数で発生するために、前記オンボード電池式インバーター(102)を使用すること、
- 前記オンボード電池式インバーター(102)において、前記AC電気モーター(104)の所望の回転速度を示す速度基準信号(412)および前記AC電気モーター(104)の検出された回転速度を示す速度フィードバック信号(413)を受信すること、および、
- 前記速度フィードバック信号(413)を前記速度基準信号(412)に一致させるために、前記第2のAC電圧の前記制御可能周波数を制御することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
