Description
Claims (16)
- キャリッジと、
該キャリッジを移動させる駆動装置と、
削岩機、ボルト打設装置、ショットクリート装置、スケーリング装置、注入装置、爆破孔装薬器、ローディング装置、測定装置のうちの少なくとも1つとしての採鉱作業装置と、
採鉱車両の主機能を作動させる少なくとも1つの電動機と、
該採鉱車両の補助機能を作動させる少なくとも1つの電動機と、
鉱山の電源網を採鉱車両に接続する接続装置とを含む採鉱車両において、
該採鉱車両は、少なくとも1つの発電補助装置と制御装置とを含み、該制御装置は必要に応じて、該採鉱車両の主機能を作動させる前記少なくとも1つの電動機へ前記鉱山の電源網からも給電するときは、前記発電補助装置を接続して、前記補助機能を作動させる前記電動機に必要な電力の少なくとも一部を供給するように配設されていることを特徴とする採鉱車両。 - 請求項1に記載の採鉱車両において、前記発電補助装置は有効電力を発電することを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項1または2に記載の採鉱車両において、前記発電補助装置は、1組の電池、もしくはスーパーコンデンサ、もしくはこれらの組合せであることを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の採鉱車両において、少なくとも1つの電動機が交流電動機であることを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項4に記載の採鉱車両において、該採鉱車両はDC中間回路を含み、該中間回路には、鉱山の電源網から電気を整流器によって供給し、該採鉱車両は、該採鉱車両の補助機能を作動させる前記交流電動機へ前記DC中間回路の電気エネルギーを供給する少なくとも1つのインバータを含み、その場合、前記発電補助装置は前記DC中間回路に接続されることを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項5に記載の採鉱車両において、前記整流器は無効電力を補償する手段を有することを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項5または6に記載の採鉱車両において、前記整流器は前記発電補助装置を充電するように配設されていることを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項5ないし7のいずれかに記載の採鉱車両において、該採鉱車両は、前記発電補助装置とDC中間回路との間にDC/DCコンバータを有して前記発電補助装置の電圧レベルを適合させ、該発電補助装置を接続して前記DC中間回路へエネルギーを供給することを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- 請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれかに記載の採鉱車両において、該採鉱車両は削岩リグであり、その場合、該採鉱車両の主機能は少なくとも1つの削岩機から成り、該採鉱車両の補助機能は、送水ポンプ系、圧搾空気コンプレッサ系および補助液圧系のうちの1つ以上から成ることを特徴とする採鉱車両。
- キャリッジと、該キャリッジを移動させる駆動装置と、削岩機、ボルト打設装置、ショットクリート装置、スケーリング装置、注入装置、爆破孔装薬器、ローディング装置、測定装置のうちの少なくとも1つとしての採鉱作業装置と、採鉱車両の主機能を作動させる少なくとも1つの電動機と、該採鉱車両の補助機能を作動させる少なくとも1つの電動機とを含む採鉱車両のエネルギー供給方法において、前記採鉱車両は少なくとも1つの発電補助装置を含み、該発電補助装置は必要に応じて、前記補助機能を作動させる電動機に必要な電力の少なくとも一部を供給するように接続され、同時に該採鉱車両の主機能を作動させる前記少なくとも1つの電動機)へ前記鉱山の電源網からも給電することを特徴とする採鉱車両のエネルギー供給方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法において、前記発電補助装置から前記補助機能を作動させる電動機へ有効電力を供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項10または11に記載の方法において、少なくとも1つの電動機が交流電動機であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記採鉱車両はDC中間回路を含み、該中間回路には、鉱山の前記電源網から電気を整流器によって供給し、前記中間回路から前記採鉱車両の補助機能を作動させる少なくとも1つの交流電動機へ電気を供給し、その場合、前記発電補助装置は、必要に応じて電気エネルギーを前記DC中間回路へ供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13に記載の方法において、前記採鉱車両の無効電力を前記整流器によって補償することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13または14に記載の方法において、前記整流器によって前記発電補助装置を充電することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13ないし15のいずれかに記載の方法において、DC/DCコンバータによって前記発電補助装置の電圧レベルを前記DC中間回路および前記発電補助装置に適合させて、エネルギーを前記中間回路へ供給することを特徴とする方法。
