Claims (7)
- 歯牙治療の実習のための歯牙模型であって、
前記歯牙模型は、透明材質からなり、中空の神経管が内部に形成された歯根部と、
前記歯根部の上側に形成される歯冠部とを含み、
前記歯根部の内部に形成された神経管の内部は中空となっており、前記神経管が外部に表示されるように、前記神経管の内側面には、水又はアルコールに溶解されない非水溶性物質又は不溶性物質からなる不透明材質の塗料が一定の厚さでコーティングされたコーティング層が形成されたことを特徴とする、歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型。 - 前記塗料はレジン系列の合成樹脂剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型。
- 前記歯冠部は、軟質の材質からなる象牙質部と、前記象牙質部の上部に形成される硬質の材質からなるエナメル質部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型。
- 前記象牙質部及び前記エナメル質部は、ミーリング加工、プラスチック射出金型及び3Dプリンタのいずれか1つによって作製されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型。
- 前記歯牙模型が装着されるデンティフォームに形成された装着溝の内側に挿入される前記歯根部の下端外側面には、前記装着溝の内側の底部に向かって下向きに折り曲げられた陰刻の段差部がさらに形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型。
- 歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型の製造方法であって、
(a)中空の神経管が内部に形成される透明材質の歯根部を製造する第1ステップと、
(b)前記歯根部の内部に形成された前記神経管の内側に不透明材質の塗料を投入する第2ステップと、
(c)前記塗料が投入された前記神経管の内部にエアを噴射して塗料を拡散させて神経管の内側面に塗料が塗布されるようにする第3ステップと、
(d)前記神経管の内側面に塗布された塗料が一定時間硬化して神経管の内側面に一定の厚さのコーティング層が形成される第4ステップとを含む、歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型の製造方法。 - 前記(d)ステップで前記神経管の内側面に塗布された塗料は、炎熱処理方式、高周波誘導熱処理方式、レーザー熱処理方式、紫外線(UV)硬化方式及び赤外線(IR)硬化方式のいずれか1つによって神経管の内側面に表面コートされることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の歯牙治療実習用歯牙模型の製造方法。
