Description
第1診断プロセスは、第1検出器110及び第2検出器120を用いて、第1ポジティブリレー41A及び第2ポジティブリレー42Aの各々の閉固着故障を診断するためのプロセスである。閉固着故障とは、接点の溶着などによって閉動作状態から開動作状態への転換が不可能になり、該当のリレーに開動作状態を命令する信号が入力されても、閉動作状態に維持される故障である。閉固着故障は「短絡回路故障」とも称し得る。
第2診断プロセスは、第1検出器110、第2検出器120、第3検出器130及び第4検出器140を用いて、第1ポジティブリレー41A及び第2ポジティブリレー42Aの各々の閉固着故障を診断するためのプロセスである。第2診断プロセスは、リレー診断装置100が第3検出器130及び第4検出器140をさらに含む場合に活用され得る。勿論、リレー診断装置100が第3検出器130及び第4検出器140を含むとしても、第2診断プロセスの代わりに第1診断プロセスが実行され得る。
Claims (8)
- 直列で接続された第1バッテリーモジュール及び第1ポジティブリレーを有する第1バッテリーパックと、直列で接続された第2バッテリーモジュール及び第2ポジティブリレーを有する第2バッテリーパックと、を含む並列パックアセンブリーのためのリレー診断装置であって、
前記並列パックアセンブリーの第1パック端子と第2パック端子との間に直列で接続される診断スイッチ及び診断抵抗器を含む診断部と、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールを通して流れる電流である第1モジュール電流を検出するように構成される第1検出器と、
前記第2バッテリーモジュールを通して流れる電流である第2モジュール電流を検出するように構成される第2検出器と、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの両端にかかった電圧である第1モジュール電圧を検出するように構成される第3検出器と、
前記第2バッテリーモジュールの両端にかかった電圧である第2モジュール電圧を検出するように構成される第4検出器と、
前記第1ポジティブリレー、前記第2ポジティブリレー、前記診断スイッチ、前記第1検出器及び前記第2検出器に動作可能に結合される制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記第1ポジティブリレー及び前記第2ポジティブリレーが開動作状態であり、かつ前記診断スイッチが閉動作状態である第1診断期間中に、前記第1検出器からの第1検出値、前記第2検出器からの第2検出値、前記第3検出器からの第3検出値、及び前記第4検出器からの第4検出値を収集し、
前記第1ポジティブリレー及び前記第2ポジティブリレーが開動作状態であり、かつ前記診断スイッチが開動作状態である第2診断期間中に、前記第3検出器からの第5検出値及び前記第4検出器からの第6検出値を収集し、
前記第1検出値、前記第3検出値、前記第5検出値、第1臨界値、及び第2臨界値に基づき、前記第1ポジティブリレーが閉固着故障であるか否かを判定し、
前記第2検出値、前記第4検出値、前記第6検出値、前記第1臨界値、及び前記第2臨界値に基づき、前記第2ポジティブリレーが閉固着故障であるか否かを判定するように構成される、リレー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1検出値が前記第1臨界値よりも大きい場合、前記第1ポジティブリレーを閉固着故障と判定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のリレー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第2検出値が前記第1臨界値よりも大きい場合、前記第2ポジティブリレーを閉固着故障と判定するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載のリレー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1検出値が前記第1臨界値よりも大きく、かつ前記第3検出値と前記第5検出値との差が前記第2臨界値よりも大きい場合、前記第1ポジティブリレーを閉固着故障と判定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のリレー診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第2検出値が前記第1臨界値よりも大きく、かつ前記第4検出値と前記第6検出値との差が前記第2臨界値よりも大きい場合、前記第2ポジティブリレーを閉固着故障と判定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のリレー診断装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の前記リレー診断装置を含む、バッテリーシステム。
- 請求項6に記載の前記バッテリーシステムを含む、電気車両。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のリレー診断装置によって実行されるリレー診断方法であって、
前記制御部が、前記第1ポジティブリレー及び前記第2ポジティブリレーが開動作状態であり、かつ前記診断スイッチが閉動作状態である第1診断期間中に、前記第1検出器からの第1検出値、前記第2検出器からの第2検出値、前記第3検出器からの第3検出値、及び前記第4検出器からの第4検出値を収集する段階と、
前記第1ポジティブリレー及び前記第2ポジティブリレーが開動作状態であり、かつ前記診断スイッチが開動作状態である第2診断期間中に、前記第3検出器からの第5検出値及び前記第4検出器からの第6検出値を収集する段階と、
前記制御部が、前記第1検出値、前記第3検出値、前記第5検出値、第1臨界値、及び第2臨界値に基づき、前記第1ポジティブリレーが閉固着故障であるか否かを判定する段階と、
前記制御部が、前記第2検出値、前記第4検出値、前記第6検出値、前記第1臨界値、及び第2臨界値に基づき、前記第2ポジティブリレーが閉固着故障であるか否かを判定する段階と、を含む、リレー診断方法。
