Claims (8)
- 電気モータのロータを収容するようになっている前記電気モータの座部(seat)のためのクロージャーシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記座部に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるように構成される蓋と、前記蓋に配置されて、前記座部を隔離する環状ガスケットと、保持部材とを備え、
前記蓋は、中央部を備え、
前記保持部材は、開口部を有する本体部と、複数のタブとを備え、前記蓋の前記中央部の少なくとも一部は前記本体部の前記開口部に挿入され、前記タブは、前記蓋が前記座部から外れるのを防ぐために前記座部に対して弾性的に当接するようにされ、
前記蓋の中央部は、底部と、底部から座部に向かって延在し次いで前記座部の内面に向かって延在する側壁を含み、
前記蓋の中央部の少なくとも一部は、前記保持部材の本体部の開口部を通り、座部における前記蓋の組み付け時に把持点として用いられるよう前記本体部を超えて軸方向に突出し、
前記保持部材の前記本体は、電気モータの軸方向に対して傾斜した環状プレート状であり、前記環状プレートの軸方向内側端部は、軸方向において、前記環状プレートの軸方向外側端部よりも前記中央部の底部に近く、複数のタブが前記環状プレートの軸方向外側端部から前記座部の内面へ向かって延在し、各タブと前記環状プレートとの間にV字形の溝が形成されていることを特徴とするクロージャーシステム。 - 前記蓋の一部は、前記電気モータの軸方向において前記保持部材と軸受との間に配置され、前記軸受は前記電気モータの回転軸を支持するために前記座部内に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクロージャーシステム。
- 前記蓋はプラスチック材料からなり、前記保持部材は金属材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクロージャーシステム。
- 前記蓋の前記中央部は、中空であり、前記蓋の内部に内部キャビティを形成するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のクロージャーシステム。
- 前記蓋はさらに、前記側壁から延在し、前記底部から遠ざかる方向に突出するハウジングを備え、前記環状ガスケットは前記座部の内面と前記ハウジングとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のクロージャーシステム。
- 前記蓋はさらに、前記中央部から半径方向に突出して前記座部内で前記蓋の挿入を制限する複数のタブを備え、前記蓋の各タブは、前記中央部から前記中央部の底面に向かう方向に沿って延在するアームと、アームから延在する湾曲端部とを備え、各2つの隣接するアームの間に自由領域が形成され、前記保持部材の前記タブは前記自由領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のクロージャーシステム。
- 段間隙が、前記蓋に形成され、前記環状ガスケットは、前記段間隙に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のクロージャーシステム。
- 前記保持部材の前記タブの端部は、前記蓋から半径方向にわずかに突出して、前記座部の内面に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のクロージャーシステム。
