Description
本発明は、表示技術分野に属し、さらに具体的には、LED表示装置及びその駆動方法並びにチップに関する。
Claims (10)
- LED表示装置であって、
複数本の行線、複数本の列線及び複数の画素ユニットを含み、前記複数の画素ユニットのうちの各画素ユニットは、前記複数本の行線の1つ及び前記複数本の列線の1つに接続されるLEDを含む、表示アレイと、
前記複数本の行線に接続され、選択信号を提供するための行駆動モジュールと、
前記複数本の列線に接続され、パルス幅変調信号に基づいて、階調データに対応する駆動信号を提供するための列駆動モジュールと、
前記複数本の列線に接続されるチャンネル制御モジュールとを含み、
前記チャンネル制御モジュールは、前記パルス幅変調信号が有効である第1の期間に、対応する列線の列線電圧を目標電圧に調節するために用いられる、LED表示装置。 - 前記列駆動モジュールは、前記第1の期間の後の第2の期間に、定電流源が駆動電流を提供するように制御することによって、対応する列線の複数のLEDを点灯させて、階調に対応する輝度を発生させるために用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED表示装置。
- 前記チャンネル制御モジュールは、
正相入力端、逆相入力端、イネーブル端及び出力端をそれぞれ含む複数のバッファ増幅器を含み、
前記正相入力端は、前記目標電圧を受信するために用いられ、前記逆相入力端及び前記出力端は、対応する列線に接続され、前記イネーブル端は、イネーブル信号を受信するために用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED表示装置。 - 前記チャンネル制御モジュールは、予め設定された数値に基づいて、前記複数本の列線の目標電圧を設定するための目標電圧発生ユニットをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED表示装置。
- 前記チャンネル制御モジュールは、
前記複数本の列線に接続され、前記複数本の列線の最小オン電圧を取得するための電圧検出ユニットと、
前記複数本の列線の最小オン電圧に基づいて、前記複数本の列線のそれぞれの目標電圧を設定するための目標電圧発生ユニットとをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED表示装置。 - 前記チャンネル制御モジュールは、前記各列線のパルス幅変調信号と同期した前記イネーブル信号を生成するためのタイミングジェネレータをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載のLED表示装置。
- 前記表示アレイは、LED表示アレイ、AMOLED表示アレイ、MicroLED又はMiniLED表示アレイを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED表示装置。
- LED表示装置用の駆動方法であって、
前記LED表示装置は、複数本の行線、列線及び複数の画素ユニットを含み、各画素ユニットは、前記複数本の行線の1つ及び前記複数本の列線の1つに接続されるLEDを含み、
表示画像に基づいて階調データを生成するステップと、
前記階調データに基づいてパルス幅変調信号を生成するステップと、
前記パルス幅変調信号が有効である第1の期間に、対応する列線の列線電圧を目標電圧に調節するステップとを含む、LED表示装置用の駆動方法。 - 前記第1の期間の後の第2の期間に、前記パルス幅変調信号に基づいて、定電流源が駆動電流を提供するように制御することで、対応する列線の複数のLEDを点灯させて、階調に対応する輝度を発生させるステップをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の駆動方法。
- LED表示装置用のチップであって、
請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の行駆動モジュール、列駆動モジュール及びチャンネル制御モジュールのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、ことを特徴とするLED表示装置用のチップ。
