Description
図1に示すように、レーザプリンタ1は、筐体2内に、供給部3と、露光装置4と、プロセスカートリッジ5と、定着装置8とを主に備えている。
第1給電パターンPE1を、第2発熱パターンPH2が形成される第1面M1とは反対側の第2面M2に設けることで、第2発熱パターンPH2を形成する際に第1給電パターンPE1が邪魔にならないので、第2発熱パターンPH2を基板Mの短手方向の一端から他端にわたって大きく形成することができる。

Claims (4)
- 第1面、および、前記第1面とは反対側に配置される第2面を有する基板と、
前記基板の前記第1面側に配置される抵抗発熱体からなる第1発熱パターンと、
前記基板の前記第1面側に配置され、前記基板の長手方向において前記第1発熱パターンとは異なる位置に位置する抵抗発熱体からなる第2発熱パターンと、
電気が供給される第1給電端子であって、前記長手方向において、前記第2発熱パターンに対して前記第1発熱パターンとは反対側に位置する第1給電端子と、
前記第1給電端子と前記第1発熱パターンとを電気的に接続するための第1給電パターンであって、前記基板の前記第2面側に配置される第1給電パターンと、
前記基板を貫通して、前記第1給電パターンと前記第1発熱パターンを電気的に接続させる第1導通部と、を有し、
前記第2発熱パターンは、前記第1面に直交する方向に投影したときに、前記第1給電パターンと重なり、
前記第1発熱パターンおよび前記第2発熱パターンは、第1方向に延びる第1部分と、前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に延びる第2部分とを有し、
前記第1導通部は、前記長手方向において、前記第1発熱パターンのうち前記第2発熱パターンに最も近い部分よりも前記第2発熱パターンから離れた部分に接続され、
前記第1導通部は、前記第1発熱パターンのうち前記基板の短手方向において最も外側に位置する部分よりも内側に位置し、
前記第1発熱パターンは、
前記短手方向に延びる線状の第1線状パターンと、
前記短手方向に延びる線状の第2線状パターンであって、前記長手方向において前記第1線状パターンから離れた第2線状パターンと、
前記長手方向に延びる線状の第3線状パターンと、
前記長手方向に延びる線状の第4線状パターンであって、前記短手方向において前記第3線状パターンから離れた第4線状パターンと、を有し、
前記第1導通部は、前記第1線状パターンと前記第2線状パターンの間であって、前記第3線状パターンと前記第4線状パターンの間の位置に位置することを特徴とするヒータ。 - 前記第2発熱パターンは、前記長手方向において前記第1発熱パターンを挟んだ2つの領域にそれぞれ形成され、
前記2つの領域に形成された各第2発熱パターンを電気的に接続するための第2給電パターンであって、前記基板の前記第2面側に配置される第2給電パターンと、
前記基板を貫通して、前記第2給電パターンと各第2発熱パターンを電気的に接続させる第2導通部と、をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ。 - 前記基板は、導電性を有する材料からなり、前記第1導通部が入る穴を有し、
前記第1面と前記第1発熱パターンの間に形成される第1絶縁層と、
前記第2面と前記第1給電パターンの間に形成される第2絶縁層と、
前記第1導通部と前記穴の内周面の間に形成される第3絶縁層と、さらに有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のヒータ。 - 前記第1給電端子は、前記基板の前記第2面側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のヒータ。
