Claims (11)
- 接続回路が設けられている回路基板と、

前記広角度レンズは、前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれの前記複数のLEDダイを覆うように前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれがモールドパッケージで一体成形されたものであり、
前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれの前記広角度レンズの横断面の構造は2つの弧形を有する上面構造を有し、前記広角度レンズの前記横断面の両側は垂直面構造であり、前記広角度レンズは長尺状構造であり、
前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれの広角度レンズにおける前記2つの弧形を有する上面構造に高反射率光学構造が設けられ、
前記高反射率光学構造は長尺状構造であり、前記広角度レンズにおける前記2つの弧形を有する上面構造の中央の凹み箇所を覆い、
前記高反射率光学構造の前記長尺状構造の長さは前記広角度レンズにおける前記2つの弧形を有する前記上面構造の長さと同じであり、
前記高反射率光学構造の前記長尺状構造の幅は前記広角度レンズにおける前記2つの弧形の頂点の間の距離よりも小さい又は前記広角度レンズにおける前記2つの弧形の頂点の間の距離に等しいことを特徴とする面光源型LEDデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも2つのLEDバーアセンブリのそれぞれは長尺状構造であり、前記長尺状構造は直線形長尺状構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つのLEDバーアセンブリは前記回路基板に交互に配置され、
前記直線形長尺状構造の前記少なくとも2つのLEDバーアセンブリが前、後、左、右においてそれぞれ交互に配置されていることによって面光源が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも2つのLEDバーアセンブリのそれぞれの前記長尺状構造は弧形長尺状構造であり、
前記弧形長尺状構造の前記LEDバーアセンブリは2つずつの前記LEDバーアセンブリがペアとなることで異なる弧形長さを有し、
前記異なる弧形長さのサイズに応じて、前記異なる弧形長さを有するペアとなる前記LEDバーアセンブリが前記回路基板に前、後、左、右で間隔を置いてそれぞれ交互に配置されていることによって円形面光源が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。 - 可撓性を有する広角度な前記面光源型LEDデバイスとなるように、前記回路基板はフレキシブル回路基板であり、且つ前記複数のLEDバーの全部又は一部は同じ種類の複数のLEDダイで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれの同じ種類の前記複数のLEDダイは、前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれの同じ種類の前記複数のLEDダイを同時に点灯させるように全て直列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。
- 前記回路基板において、前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれは独立の前記接続回路を介して前記入力電源に電気的に接続され、
前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれは、動的に点灯するようなニーズを満足するように、外部の電源又は信号源に制御されることによって個別に点灯されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。 - 前記複数のLEDバーにおける各LEDダイと前記広角度レンズとの間に蛍光材料が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれは、前記接続回路における少なくとも1つの電源正極入力配線及び少なくとも1つの電源負極入力配線に電気的に接続され、
前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれは、正面に複数のダイエリア及び複数の電極エリアが設けられていると共に底面に複数の電極エリアが設けられている基板をそれぞれ含み、
同じ種類の前記複数のLEDダイは前記複数のダイエリアに直線状に配置され、
前記広角度レンズは前記複数のLEDダイ及び前記基板を覆い、
前記回路基板にはコネクタが設けられ、
前記コネクタは、前記回路基板の前記電源正極入力配線及び前記電源負極入力配線にそれぞれ電気的に接続されていることで外部の入力電源と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。 - 前記少なくとも2つのLEDバーアセンブリにおける前記複数のLEDバーは二種類の異なる色を発する前記LEDバーであり、
第1の色を発する各前記LEDバーが前記回路基板に直線状又は弧状に配置され、第2の色を発する各前記LEDバーが前記回路基板に直線状又は弧状に配置され、第1の色を発する各前記LEDバー及び第2の色を発する各前記LEDバーが前記回路基板に対向して交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。 - 前記回路基板に設置されている少なくとも1つのLED駆動ICを更に含み、
前記複数のLEDバーのそれぞれは前記回路基板における前記接続回路を介して前記LED駆動ICに電気的に接続され、
前記LED駆動ICは前記回路基板における前記接続回路を介して前記入力電源に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源型LEDデバイス。
