Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の発光ダイオード光源モジュールは、アレイ式発光部材とストリップ式導光構造体を含む。前記アレイ式発光部材は複数の正面方向に発光する発光ダイオード(light emitting diode、LED)光源を含み、上述の複数の発光ダイオード光源はアレイ式に排列される。前記ストリップ式導光構造体はアレイ式発光部材の両側に設置され、前記ストリップ式導光構造体は第1曲面と第2曲面を含み、第1曲面と第2曲面はそれぞれアレイ式発光部材の両側からアレイ式発光部材の中央箇所に向かって凹陥し、アレイ式発光部材の中央箇所上方で相互に連接され、かつ第1曲面と第2曲面は連接箇所において一定角度でアレイ式発光部材の正面方向の光軸のある平面と接する。正面方向の光軸の定義は発光ダイオードのある平面に垂直な方向である。

Claims (5)
- 発光ダイオード光源モジュールであって、アレイ式発光部材とストリップ式導光構造体を備え、そのうち、前記アレイ式発光部材がアレイ式に排列した複数の正面方向に発光する発光ダイオード(light emitting diode、LED)光源を含み、前記ストリップ式導光構造体が前記アレイ式発光部材の両側に設置され、前記ストリップ式導光構造体がさらに第1曲面と第2曲面を含み、そのうち前記第1曲面と前記第2曲面がそれぞれ前記アレイ式発光部材の両側から前記アレイ式発光部材の中央箇所に向かって凹陥しており、かつ前記アレイ式発光部材の中央箇所上方で相互に連接され、そのうち、前記第1曲面と前記第2曲面が前記連接箇所において一定角度で前記アレイ式発光部材の正面方向の光軸のある平面と接し、前記正面方向の光軸の定義は発光ダイオードのある平面に垂直な方向であることを特徴とする、発光ダイオード光源モジュール。
- 発光ダイオード光源モジュールであって、発光部材とストリップ式導光構造体を備え、そのうち、前記発光部材が複数列のストリップ状に排列された正面方向に発光する発光ダイオードアッセンブリを含み、前記ストリップ式導光構造体が複数の略V字形導光面を含み、各前記略V字形導光面が2つの曲面から構成され、前記2つの曲面が前記ストリップ式発光ダイオードアッセンブリの中央上方箇所で相互に連接され、前記2つの曲面於前記連接箇所においてそれぞれ一定角度で前記ストリップ式発光ダイオードアッセンブリの正面方向の光軸がある平面と相互に接し、相隣する2つの前記略V字形導光面が、前記2つの相隣するストリップ式発光ダイオードアッセンブリが相互に連接する箇所がある平面と相互に交わることを特徴とする、発光ダイオード光源モジュール。
- 請求項1及び2に記載の発光ダイオード光源モジュールであって、そのうち、前記ストリップ式導光構造体がさらに複数の導光幾何表面を含み、そのうち、前記複数の導光幾何表面が前記発光部材と前記ストリップ式導光構造体の最も外側の曲面にそれぞれ連接され、かつ前記複数の導光幾何表面がレンズまたは内面に反射材質をめっきした表面であり、そのうち、前記内面が前記導光幾何表面の前記発光ダイオード光源近くの表面であり、前記導光幾何表面が、半円曲面、直立平面、傾斜平面、曲面のいずれかまたは組み合わせであることを特徴とする、発光ダイオード光源モジュール。
- 請求項1及び2に記載の発光ダイオード光源モジュールであって、さらに前記ストリップ式導光構造体の一側または相対する両側に設置した反射板を含み、前記反射板が前記ストリップ式導光構造体の反射または屈折を経た後に形成される側面方向の光線を再度反射して前記ストリップ式発光ダイオードアッセンブリの正面方向の光軸に垂直または平行の方向にするために用いられることを特徴とする、発光ダイオード光源モジュール。
- 請求項1及び2に記載の発光ダイオード光源モジュールであって、さらにキャリア構造体と放熱構造体を含み、そのうち、前記キャリア構造体が前記発光部材と前記ストリップ式導光構造体の下方と両側に設置され、前記アレイ式発光部材と前記ストリップ式導光構造体を搭載かつ固定するために用いられ、前記放熱構造体が前記キャリア構造体の下方に設置され、かつ前記キャリア構造体と一体成形され、そのうち、前記放熱構造体が複数の放熱フィンを備え、かつ前記放熱フィンの開口方向が前記発光ダイオード光源の正面発光方向と反対の方向であることを特徴とする、発光ダイオード光源モジュール。
