Description
工程1:基材12として厚さ1.32mmの鋼板(SPCC(JIS))を用意した。
工程2:上記基材12上に、リン青銅(Cu、6%Sn、0.1%P)の粉末を散布した。
工程3:上記工程2の粉末を900℃~950℃で焼結し、多孔質焼結層を作成した。
工程4:次に、PTFE粉末と添加材を混合し、助剤を加えて混合粉末を準備した。
工程5:上記混合粉末である合成樹脂を、ロールにより、多孔質焼結層へ含浸させた。
工程6:上記工程5で得られた含浸材を、150℃~200℃で約10min乾燥した。
工程7.そして、380℃~400℃で約10min焼成を行った。
―多孔質焼結層(または比較多孔質層)への含浸しやすさ―
実施例および比較例の試験片の作製時における、上記樹脂材料の多孔質焼結層14および比較多孔質層での含浸欠陥について評価をし、評価結果を表1に示した。表1中、“含浸欠陥の発生のし難さ”の欄に示す値が小さいほど、含浸欠陥の発生が多いことを意味する。また、表1中、“含浸欠陥の発生のし難さ”の欄に示す値が大きいほど、含浸欠陥の発生が少ないことを意味する。表1において、“含浸欠陥の発生のし難さ”の欄に示す値が「1」の場合は含浸欠陥が発生していることを意味し、「2」の場合は含浸欠陥が一部発生していることを意味し、「3」の場合は含浸欠陥がほとんど発生しないことを意味する。
実施例および比較例の試験片における、樹脂層16の耐剥離性を評価した。

Claims (5)
- 基材と、
前記基材上に設けられた多孔質焼結層と、
前記多孔質焼結層に含浸および前記多孔質焼結層上に設けられた樹脂層と、
を備え、
前記多孔質焼結層は、
厚み方向の両端面の内、前記基材側の第1面に対向する第2面から前記第1面に向かって空隙率が低下し、前記第2面から前記第1面に向かって前記多孔質焼結層の厚みの50%以上の第1領域の、前記厚み方向の空隙率の低下率が、前記多孔質焼結層の該第1領域以外の第2領域の前記厚み方向の空隙率の低下率より大きく、
平均粒径が75μm以上150μm以下の複数の無機粒子からなり、
前記無機粒子の平均粒径に対する前記多孔質焼結層の厚みの比が、1.1倍以上2.2倍以下である、
摺動部材。 - 前記多孔質焼結層は、
前記厚み方向の中央部の空隙率が30%以上50%未満である、
請求項1に記載の摺動部材。 - 前記多孔質焼結層は、
前記無機粒子を1.1層以上2.2層以下積層させてなる積層体である、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の摺動部材。 - 前記多孔質焼結層は、
0.11mm以上0.22mm以下の厚みである、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材。 - 前記無機粒子は、銅系合金である、
請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材。
