Description
図1を参照して、本発明の製造装置の一実施形態である搬送成膜装置10を説明する。
図1および図2を参照して、搬送成膜装置10を用いて透明導電性ガラス3を製造する方法を説明する。透明導電性ガラス3の製造方法は、搬送基材4を用意する用意工程と、ガラス基材1から第1保護材5を剥離する剥離工程と、ガラス基材1に除電する第1除電工程と、ガラス基材1に、透明導電層2を真空下で設ける成膜工程と、透明導電性ガラス3を冷却する冷却工程と、透明導電性ガラス3を除電する第2除電工程と、透明導電性ガラス3を巻取ロール41に巻き取る巻取工程とを順に備える。以下、各工程を詳述する。
透明導電性ガラス3は、例えば、画像表示装置などの光学装置に用いられる。透明導電性ガラス3を画像表示装置(具体的には、LCDモジュール、有機ELモジュールなどの画像表示素子を有する画像表示装置)に備える場合には、透明導電性ガラス3は、例えば、タッチパネル用基材、反射防止基材などとして用いられ、好ましくは、タッチパネル用基材として用いられる。タッチパネルの形式としては、光学方式、超音波方式、静電容量方式、抵抗膜方式などの各種方式が挙げられ、特に静電容量方式のタッチパネルに好適に用いられる。
以下に、図1に示す一実施形態の変形例について説明する。なお、これら変形例についても、上記した一実施形態と同様の作用効果を奏する。

Claims (6)
- 可撓性を有するガラス基材を搬送する搬送装置であって、
前記ガラス基材と保護材とを備える搬送基材を繰り出す第1ロールと、
前記ガラス基材から前記保護材を巻き取る第2ロールと、
前記第1ロールの搬送方向下流側に配置され、前記ガラス基材を巻き取る第3ロールと、
前記第1ロールと前記第3ロールとの間に配置される除電部と、
前記搬送方向における、前記第1ロールと前記除電部との間に配置され、前記ガラス基材を搬送する駆動ロールと
を備えることを特徴とする、ガラス基材の搬送装置。 - 請求項1に記載の搬送装置と、
前記第1ロールと前記第3ロールとの間に配置され、前記ガラス基材に機能層を真空下で設ける成膜装置と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、積層ガラスの製造装置。 - 前記除電部は、第1除電部および第2除電部を有し、
前記第1除電部は、前記成膜装置の搬送方向上流側に設けられ、
前記第2除電部は、前記成膜装置の搬送方向下流側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の積層ガラスの製造装置。 - 可撓性を有するガラス基材と保護材とを備える搬送基材を用意する用意工程と、
前記ガラス基材から前記保護材を剥離する剥離工程と、
前記ガラス基材に、機能層を真空下で設ける成膜工程と
を順に備え、
前記成膜工程の前および/または後に、前記ガラス基材を除電する除電工程を備え、
前記剥離工程の後であって、前記除電工程の前に、駆動ロールにより前記ガラス基材を搬送することを特徴とする、積層ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記除電工程は、少なくとも前記成膜工程の前に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の積層ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記除電工程は、前記成膜工程の前および後に、実施されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の積層ガラスの製造方法。
