Description
(実施形態1)
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る液体噴射システムの構成を示す模式図である。図2は、液体噴射ヘッドの断面図である。
加圧手段5は、液体収容部2からの液体を下流側、すなわち、液体噴射ヘッド1に向かって加圧供給するものであり、加圧ポンプからなる。液体収容部2からの液体は、加圧手段5によって加圧されて第1のバルブ機構6に供給される。
減圧手段7は、液体噴射ヘッド1の下流側の液体を減圧して、液体噴射ヘッド1からの液体を液体収容部2に回収するものであり、真空ポンプなどの吸引ポンプからなる。
第1の受圧体63は、第1の可撓部632の中央部を第1の受圧部631と第1のバネ受け部633とによって両側から挟んで形成されている。
第1の供給室611には、供給流路3と接続される第1の流入口611aが開口している。加圧手段5によって加圧された液体は、第1の流入口611aから第1の供給室611に供給される。
第1の固定部材651は、第1の弾性部材652と比較して硬質、すなわち、ヤング率の高い金属や樹脂で形成されている。
第1の固定部材651は、第1の軸部651aと第1のフランジ部651bとを具備する。
第1の弾性部材652は、第1のフランジ部651bの第1の弁座66に対向する面に設けられている。本実施形態では、第1の弾性部材652は、第1のフランジ部651bの外周の第1の弁体用バネ67が当接する部分以外に設けられている。
さらに、第1のバルブ機構6には、第1の容積可変機構110が設けられている。
第1のバッファー室111は、第1のシリンダー113の内部に設けられている。第1のシリンダー113は、円筒状の部材からなる。第1のバッファー室111は、第1の空気室61Bと第1の接続路114を介して接続されている。
第1の弾性体120及び第1の支持部材121は、第1の本体部62に設けられた第1の貫通孔62c内に設けられている。
第2の受圧体83は、第2の可撓部832の中央部を第2の受圧部831と第2のバネ受け部833とによって両側から挟んで形成されている。
第2の供給室811には、回収流路4と接続される第2の流出口811aが開口している。減圧手段7によって減圧されることで、第2の供給室811内の液体は第2の流出口811aから排出される。
第2の弁体85は、第2の固定部材851と第2の弾性部材852とを具備する。
第2の固定部材851は、第2の軸部851aと第2のフランジ部851bと弁体用バネ受け部851cとを具備する。
第2の軸部851aの他端は、第2の連通液室812内に位置する。また、第2の軸部851aの第2の連通液室812内の他端には、第2のフランジ部851bが一体的に形成されている。
第2のフランジ部851bは、第2の連通口82bの内径よりも大きな外径を有する円盤状の部材からなる。
第2のフランジ部851bからは弁体用バネ受け部851cが第2の受圧体83に向かって延設されている。
第2の弾性部材852は、第2のフランジ部851bの第2の弁座86に対向する面に設けられている。
このような本実施形態の第2のバルブ機構8は、第2の開閉機構200と第2の容積可変機構210と第2の弾性体220及び第2の支持部材221とを具備する。
さらに、第2のバルブ機構8には、第2の容積可変機構210が設けられている。
第2のバッファー室211は、第2のシリンダー213の内部に設けられている。第2のシリンダー213は、円筒状の部材からなる。第2のバッファー室211は、第2の空気室81Bと第2の接続路214を介して接続されている。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明の基本的な構成は上述したものに限定されるものではない。
また、上述した実施形態1では、液体噴射システムに1つの液体噴射ヘッド1を設けるようにしたが、液体噴射ヘッド1の数はこれに限定されず、2つ以上の複数を設けるようにしてもよい。液体噴射システムに液体噴射ヘッド1を複数設けた場合には、供給流路3を分岐し、液体噴射ヘッド1毎に第1のバルブ機構6を設けるようにすればよい。また、液体噴射システムに複数の液体噴射ヘッド1を設けた場合には、回収流路4を分岐し、液体噴射ヘッド1毎に第2のバルブ機構8を設けるようにしてもよく、また、複数の液体噴射ヘッド1に共通する第2のバルブ機構8を設けるようにしてもよい。
Claims (10)
- 液体を噴射する液体噴射ヘッドに接続される流路に用いられるバルブ機構であって、
流路を開閉するバルブと、
前記流路に連通する連通液室と、
前記連通液室の圧力と参照圧力との差圧をバルブの作動力に変換する受圧体と、
前記受圧体の作動に応じて容積が変化する空気室と、
前記空気室の大気連通を開閉する開閉機構と、
を具備し、
前記バルブの開閉を決める前記連通液室の閾圧力が可変可能に構成されており、
前記空気室の圧力を前記参照圧力とする、
ことを特徴とするバルブ機構。 - 前記空気室は、前記受圧体の作動とは独立して容積を変更可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバルブ機構。
- 前記空気室に連通するバッファー室と、
前記バッファー室の壁の一部を形成して前記バッファー室の容積を変更可能な可動壁と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のバルブ機構。 - 前記受圧体は、ベロフラムを含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のバルブ機構。
- 変形量に応じて前記バルブを開く又は閉じる向きの付勢力を発生する弾性体と、
前記弾性体の変位量を変化可能に、当該弾性体を支持する支持部材と、
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のバルブ機構。 - 液体を噴射する液体噴射ヘッドに接続される流路に用いられるバルブ機構であって、
流路を開閉するバルブと、
前記流路に連通する連通液室と、
前記連通液室の圧力と参照圧力との差圧をバルブの作動力に変換する受圧体と、
変形量に応じて前記バルブを開く又は閉じる向きの付勢力を発生する弾性体と、
前記弾性体の変位量を変化可能に、当該弾性体を支持する支持部材と、
を具備し、
前記バルブの開閉を決める前記連通液室の閾圧力が可変可能に構成されていることを特徴とするバルブ機構。 - 液体を噴射する液体噴射ヘッドと、
前記液体噴射ヘッド内の流路と共に形成される循環流路と、
前記循環流路の途中に設けられるバルブ機構と、を備える液体噴射システムであって、
前記液体噴射ヘッドの上流側に位置する上流流路に設けられて第1の閾圧力でバルブを開閉する第1のバルブ機構と、
前記液体噴射ヘッドの下流側に位置する下流流路に設けられて第1の閾圧力よりも低い第2の閾圧力でバルブを開閉する第2のバルブ機構と、
を具備し、
前記第1のバルブ機構は、前記第1の閾圧力で前記バルブを開閉する通常モードと、前記第1の閾圧力よりも高い閾圧力で前記バルブを開閉するブーストモードと、を選択可能に構成されており、
前記第2のバルブ機構は、前記第2の閾圧力で前記バルブを開閉する通常モードと、前記第2の閾圧力よりも低い閾圧力で前記バルブを開閉するブーストモードと、を選択可能に構成されている、
ことを特徴とする液体噴射システム。 - 前記液体噴射ヘッドの通常動作時には、前記第1のバルブ機構及び前記第2のバルブ機構を共に通常モードとし、
前記液体噴射ヘッドの第1のメンテナンス動作時には、前記第1のバルブ機構を通常モードとし、前記第2のバルブ機構をブーストモードとすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の液体噴射システム。 - 前記液体噴射ヘッドの通常動作時には、前記第1のバルブ機構及び前記第2のバルブ機構を共に通常モードとし、
前記液体噴射ヘッドの第2のメンテナンス動作時には、前記第1のバルブ機構をブーストモードとし、前記第2のバルブ機構を通常モードとすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の液体噴射システム。 - 前記液体噴射ヘッドの通常動作時には、前記第1のバルブ機構及び前記第2のバルブ機構を共に通常モードとし、
前記液体噴射ヘッドの第3のメンテナンス動作時には、前記第1のバルブ機構をブーストモードとし、前記第2のバルブ機構をブーストモードとすることを特徴とする請求項7記載の液体噴射システム。
