Claims (9)
- 二次電池であって、電極アセンブリ及び包装バッグを備え、
前記包装バッグは第1包装フィルム及び第2包装フィルムを備え、前記第2包装フィルムと前記第1包装フィルムとが一体的に設けられ、前記第2包装フィルムが前記第1包装フィルムから縦方向のエッジに沿って延在して前記第1包装フィルムに折り返され、
前記電極アセンブリは前記第1包装フィルムと前記第2包装フィルムとの間に設けられ、
前記第1包装フィルムと前記第2包装フィルムとは前記電極アセンブリの外側に接続されて密封部を形成し、前記密封部が側部密封領域及び底部密封領域を備え、
前記側部密封領域は前記電極アセンブリの横方向に沿った外側に設けられ、且つ前記側部密封領域は前記電極アセンブリに近い方向へ曲げられ、
前記底部密封領域は前記電極アセンブリの前記第2包装フィルムの折り返し部に近い側に設けられ、且つ前記底部密封領域は前記側部密封領域に接続され、
側部密封領域は縦方向に延在している第1折り目線を有し、且つ側部密封領域は第1折り目線に沿って電極アセンブリへ曲げられ、
横方向において、第1折り目線と底部密封領域との距離は0.1mm~2mmである、二次電池。 - 前記縦方向において、前記底部密封領域の前記電極アセンブリから離れるエッジは前記包装バッグのエッジと同じ平面にある、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記底部密封領域は前記側部密封領域から延在しており、且つ前記側部密封領域から離れる方向に沿って、前記底部密封領域の前記縦方向でのサイズが徐々に減少する、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側部密封領域は、2つであり且つそれぞれ前記電極アセンブリの前記横方向に沿った両側に位置し、前記底部密封領域は、2つであり且つそれぞれ対応する1つの側部密封領域に接続され、
前記横方向において、2つの底部密封領域が互いに分離される、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記底部密封領域の幅は前記側部密封領域の幅よりも小さい、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側部密封領域は第1領域及び第2領域を備え、前記第1領域が前記第1折り目線に沿って曲げられ、前記第2領域が前記第1領域の端部から延在して前記第1領域の前記電極アセンブリに近い側に折り返される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は電極リード線をさらに備え、前記電極リード線が前記電極アセンブリに接続されて前記密封部を貫通し、
前記電極リード線は、2つであり且つ前記電極アセンブリの前記底部密封領域から離れる側に位置する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記側部密封領域は、2つであり且つそれぞれ前記電極アセンブリの前記横方向に沿った両側に位置し、前記底部密封領域は、前記横方向の両端に沿ってそれぞれ2つの側部密封領域に接続される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1包装フィルム及び前記第2包装フィルムの両方は保護層、金属層及び接続層を備え、前記接続層が前記金属層の前記電極アセンブリに向ける表面に設けられ、前記保護層が前記金属層の前記電極アセンブリから離れる表面に設けられ、
前記第1包装フィルムの前記接続層は前記第2包装フィルムの前記接続層に溶接されて前記密封部を形成する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
