Claims (10)
- 二次電池であって、電極アセンブリ(1)及び包装バッグ(2)を備え、
前記包装バッグ(2)は第1包装フィルム(21)及び第2包装フィルム(22)を備え、前記第2包装フィルム(22)と前記第1包装フィルム(21)とが一体的に設けられ、前記第2包装フィルム(22)が前記第1包装フィルム(21)から縦方向(X)のエッジに沿って延在して前記第1包装フィルム(21)に折り返され、
前記電極アセンブリ(1)は前記第1包装フィルム(21)と前記第2包装フィルム(22)との間に設けられ、
前記第1包装フィルム(21)と前記第2包装フィルム(22)とは前記電極アセンブリ(1)の外側に接続されて密封部(23)を形成し、前記密封部(23)が側部密封領域(231)及び底部密封領域(232)を備え、
前記側部密封領域(231)は前記電極アセンブリ(1)の横方向(Y)に沿った外側に設けられ、且つ前記側部密封領域(231)は前記電極アセンブリ(1)に近い方向へ曲げられ、
前記底部密封領域(232)は前記電極アセンブリ(1)の前記第2包装フィルム(22)の折り返し部に近い側に設けられ、且つ前記底部密封領域(232)は前記側部密封領域(231)に接続される、ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記縦方向(X)において、前記底部密封領域(232)の前記電極アセンブリ(1)から離れるエッジは前記包装バッグ(2)のエッジと同じ平面にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記底部密封領域(232)は前記側部密封領域(231)から延在しており、且つ前記側部密封領域(231)から離れる方向に沿って、前記底部密封領域(232)の前記縦方向(X)でのサイズが徐々に減少する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側部密封領域(231)は、2つであり且つそれぞれ前記電極アセンブリ(1)の前記横方向(Y)に沿った両側に位置し、前記底部密封領域(232)は、2つであり且つそれぞれ対応する1つの側部密封領域(231)に接続され、
前記横方向(Y)において、2つの底部密封領域(232)が互いに分離される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記底部密封領域(232)の幅は前記側部密封領域(231)の幅よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側部密封領域(231)は前記縦方向(X)に延在している第1折り目線(L1)を有し、且つ前記側部密封領域(231)は前記第1折り目線(L1)に沿って前記電極アセンブリ(1)へ曲げられ、
前記横方向(Y)において、前記第1折り目線(L1)と前記底部密封領域(232)との距離は0.1mm~2mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記側部密封領域(231)は第1領域(231a)及び第2領域(231b)を備え、前記第1領域(231a)が前記第1折り目線(L1)に沿って曲げられ、前記第2領域(231b)が前記第1領域(231a)の端部から延在して前記第1領域(231a)の前記電極アセンブリ(1)に近い側に折り返される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は電極リード線(3)をさらに備え、前記電極リード線(3)が前記電極アセンブリ(1)に接続されて前記密封部(23)を貫通し、
前記電極リード線(3)は、2つであり且つ前記電極アセンブリ(1)の前記底部密封領域(232)から離れる側に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記側部密封領域(231)は、2つであり且つそれぞれ前記電極アセンブリ(1)の前記横方向(Y)に沿った両側に位置し、前記底部密封領域(232)は、前記横方向(Y)の両端に沿ってそれぞれ2つの側部密封領域(231)に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1包装フィルム(21)及び前記第2包装フィルム(22)の両方は保護層(24)、金属層(25)及び接続層(26)を備え、前記接続層(26)が前記金属層(25)の前記電極アセンブリ(1)に向ける表面に設けられ、前記保護層(24)が前記金属層(25)の前記電極アセンブリ(1)から離れる表面に設けられ、
前記第1包装フィルム(21)の前記接続層(26)は前記第2包装フィルム(22)の前記接続層(26)に溶接されて前記密封部(23)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
