式IおよびIIの両方におけるXおよびY、ならびにZは、各々独立に、水素、ハロ、アルキル、ハロアルキル、アミノ、ニトロ、アルコキシ、ヒドロキシ、アンヒドリジル(anhydridyl)、アルキルチオ、アリールチオール、アリールオキシ、アルキルスルホニル、アリールスルホニル、および置換または非置換のアリールからなる群から選択され、該置換基は、ハロ、C1~20アルキル、C1~20アルコキシ、ニトロ、アミノ、アミド、アルキルチオ、アリール、アリールチオ、アリールオキシ、アルキルスルホニル、およびアリールスルホニルからなる群から選択される1つまたはそれ以上の構成員を含み;
式IおよびIIの両方におけるRは、水素、アルキル、ハロアルキル、アリールオキシ、置換または非置換のアリール、および置換または非置換のヘテロシクリルからなる群から選択され、該置換基は、ハロ、C1~20アルキル、C1~20アルコキシ、ニトロ、アミノ、アミド、アルキルチオ、アリール、アリールチオ、アリールオキシ、アルキルスルホニル、およびアリールスルホニルからなる群から選択される1つまたはそれ以上の構成員を含み;
R1は、水素、アルキル、ハロアルキル、およびアリールからなる群から選択される)
ことを含む、方法が提供される。
固体スルフェントラゾンアミン(以降、「SFT5-NH2」)80.3g、およびトルエン36.0gを、底部取出し用ストップコックを備えた1リットルの丸底反応フラスコ内に入れた。反応フラスコに、機械撹拌器、還流冷却器、熱電対、および加熱マントルを取り付けた。排出ガスは、10%NaOHを含む苛性アルカリスクラバーに誘導した。特に示さない限り、実施例のすべての反応は、標準大気圧で行った。
以下の表1に記述するように、イミダゾールの量および反応「時間」を変化させ、残りの条件はそのままにして、スルフェントラゾンを合成する実施例1の手順を繰り返した。その結果を以下のように要約した。スルフェントラゾン(「SFT」)の総収率は、「収率/固体」と「収率/ML」との合計として算出した。乾燥固体生成物中に残留するイミダゾール残留物は、「イミダゾール(ppm)」として示し、記号「/」は測定不能を表す。
以下の表2に記述するように、イミダゾールをDMFに置き換え、反応「時間」を変化させたことを除いて、実施例1の同じ手順を繰り返した。その結果を以下のように要約した。SFT-NH2の3.5%モル当量に等しいDMF0.585gを、すべての比較例で使用した。
イミダゾールに置き換えて様々な触媒を使用することによって実施例1の手順を繰り返した。以下の表3は、本実施例に使用される試薬および触媒、ならびに反応時間と共に、SFT5-NH2から所望のスルフェントラゾンへの転化率の概要を示す。
Claims (21)
- 式-Aの化合物が、2-メチルイミダゾール、4-メチルイミダゾール、5-メチルイミダゾール、2-エチルイミダゾール、4-エチルイミダゾール、5-エチルイミダゾール、2-フェニルイミダゾール、4-フェニルイミダゾール、または5-フェニルイミダゾールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式-Bの化合物が、ホルムアミジン、アセトアミジン、またはそれらの塩である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式-Bの化合物が、ホルムアミジン塩酸塩、アセトアミジン塩酸塩、ホルムアミジン硫酸塩、アセトアミジン硫酸塩、ホルムアミジンリン酸塩、またはアセトアミジンリン酸塩である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 溶媒中で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶媒が、芳香族、アルカン、およびアルケン溶媒、ならびにそれらの任意の混合物から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 溶媒が、トルエン、キシレン、ジエチルベンゼン、およびそれらの任意の混合物から選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 溶媒がトルエンである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 高温で行われ、好ましい温度が110℃~160℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 温度が、120℃~130℃の範囲である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 大気圧またはそれより高い圧力で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 0.15MPa~1MPaの範囲の圧力で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、スルフェントラゾンアミンの0.01~0.2モル当量の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 触媒がイミダゾールである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、スルフェントラゾンアミンの0.05~0.15モル当量の範囲の量で存在する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 触媒がイミダゾールである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、ベンゾイミダゾール、2-メチルイミダゾール、2-エチルイミダゾール、2-フェニルイミダゾール、ホルムアミジン塩酸塩、またはアセトアミジン塩酸塩であり、触媒が、スルフェントラゾンアミンに対して0.01~0.035モル当量の範囲の量で存在する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 塩化メタンスルホニルが、スルフェントラゾンアミンに対して過剰に存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 塩化メタンスルホニルが、該方法全体を通してスルフェントラゾンアミンに対して過剰に維持される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 塩化メタンスルホニルおよびスルフェントラゾンアミンが、1~2の範囲のモル比で存在する、請求項18に記載の方法。
