Description
上記母材粉末は誘電体の主成分であり、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、チタン(Ti)が一部固溶されて修正された(Ca1-xSrx)(Zr1-yTiy)O3(以下、「CSZT」と表記する)を含む。ここで、xまたはyの割合に比例して誘電率が線形的に変化するが、xまたはyが増加するにつれて誘電率もそれに比例して増加する。しかし、C0G特性を満足させるためには、誘電率を適切に制御する必要があり、上記xは0.7、上記yは0.03であることが好ましい。
上記第1副成分は、マンガン(Mn)酸化物または炭酸塩を含むことができる。
上記第2副成分としては、希土類元素(Rare earth element)であるイットリウム(Y)またはジスプロシウム(Dy)酸化物または炭酸塩を含むことができる。
上記第3副成分としては、ケイ素(Si)酸化物または炭酸塩を含むことができる。
実験に用いられた積層型キャパシタの製造工程は以下の通りである。

マンガン(Mn)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第1副成分と、
前記母材100モル(mol)に対して、2~3モルのイットリウム(Y)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第2副成分と、
ケイ素(Si)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第3副成分と、を含み、
前記第1副成分の含量に対する前記第2副成分の含量の割合(モル比)が0.6~1.0である、誘電体組成物。 - カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、チタン(Ti)が一部固溶されて修正された(Ca1-xSrx)(Zr1-yTiy)O3を含む母材(x=0.7、y=0.03)と、

前記第1副成分の含量に対する前記第2副成分の含量の割合(モル比)が0.6~1.0である、誘電体組成物。 - 複数の誘電体層と内部電極を含む本体と、
前記本体に前記内部電極と接続されるように配置される外部電極と、を含み、
前記複数の誘電体層は、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、チタン(Ti)が一部固溶されて修正された(Ca1-xSrx)(Zr1-yTiy)O3を含む母材(x=0.7、y=0.03)と、マンガン(Mn)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第1副成分と、前記母材100モル(mol)に対して、2~3モルのイットリウム(Y)を含む第2副成分と、ケイ素(Si)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第3副成分と、を含み、
前記複数の誘電体層は、前記第1副成分の含量に対する前記第2副成分の含量の割合(モル比)が0.6~1.0である、電子部品。 - 前記内部電極がニッケル(Ni)またはNi合金を含む、請求項3に記載の電子部品。

前記本体に前記内部電極と接続されるように配置される外部電極と、を含み、
前記複数の誘電体層は、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、チタン(Ti)が一部固溶されて修正された(Ca1-xSrx)(Zr1-yTiy)O3を含む母材(x=0.7、y0.03)と、マンガン(Mn)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第1副成分と、前記母材100モル(mol)に対して、2~3モルのジスプロシウム(Dy)を含む第2副成分と、ケイ素(Si)酸化物または炭酸塩を含む第3副成分と、を含み、
