Claims (7)
- 還元促進部材を収納する加熱パイプと当該加熱パイプを加熱する加熱装置とを有する加熱部を備える装置を用いた水素混合ガスの生成方法であって、
前記加熱パイプに原水を流入させて加熱して水蒸気を発生させ、発生した水蒸気をさらに500~800℃に加熱するとともに、前記原水とともに加熱された前記還元促進部材に接触させて当該水蒸気を還元して水素ガスを発生させる第1の工程と、
前記第1の工程で発生した水素ガスを希釈して500~20000ppmの濃度の水素混合ガスを得る第2の工程と、
を有し、
前記還元促進部材は、
ステンレスにより形成され、両端からそれぞれ棒体が延在する筒状部を有する第1の金属部材と、
断面円形の棒状の鉄鋼材により形成され、複数本束ねられた状態で前記筒状部内に収納される第2の金属部材と、
を備え、
前記第2の金属部材を、前記筒状部内に密状態に収容している
ことを特徴とする水素混合ガスの生成方法。 - 還元促進部材を収納する加熱パイプと当該加熱パイプを加熱する加熱装置とを有する加熱部を備える装置を用いた水素混合ガスの生成方法であって、
前記加熱パイプに原水を流入させて加熱して水蒸気を発生させ、発生した水蒸気をさらに500~800℃に加熱するとともに、前記原水とともに加熱された前記還元促進部材に接触させて当該水蒸気を還元して水素ガスを発生させる第1の工程と、
前記第1の工程で発生した水素ガスを希釈して500~20000ppmの濃度の水素混合ガスを得る第2の工程と、
を有し、
前記還元促進部材は、
ステンレスにより形成され、両端からそれぞれ棒体が延在する筒状部を有する第1の金属部材と、
断面円形の棒状の鉄鋼材により形成され、複数本束ねられた状態で前記筒状部内に収納される第2の金属部材と、
を備え、
前記第2の金属部材は、
鉄鋼材により形成され、前記筒状部内に収納されるパイプ部材を有し、前記パイプ部材が中央に配置され、前記パイプ部材の周りに複数本の前記鉄鋼材が束ねられる
ことを特徴とする水素混合ガスの生成方法。 - 前記加熱部は、前記加熱パイプの周りに巻回されるコイルヒータを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素混合ガスの生成方法。
- 前記加熱部は、電磁誘導加熱装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素混合ガスの生成方法。
- 前記第2の工程で得られる前記水素混合ガスの水素ガスの濃度を1000~3000ppmとする
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の水素混合ガスの生成方法。 - 前記第1の金属部材における前記筒状部から延在する前記棒体の長さは、前記筒状部が前記原水に接触しない長さに規定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の水素混合ガスの生成方法。 - 前記第2の工程は、前記第1の工程で発生した水素ガスを系内に取り込んだ二次空気と混合して冷却しつつ500~20000ppmの濃度に希釈された水素混合ガスを得、
前記二次空気は、孔径が5.0mm未満のピンホールから取り込まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の水素混合ガスの生成方法。
