Claims (4)
- 複数の扁平な電池セルと、個々の前記電池セルを厚さ方向の両側から保持して該厚さ方向に積層させる複数のセルホルダと、該セルホルダを介して前記複数の電池セルを積層方向の両側から支持する複数のプレートと、前記電池セルの底面を覆い、前記複数の電池セルを冷却する冷却部に形成された熱伝導シートに接して設けられる絶縁層と、を備えた電池パックであって、
前記プレートの下端部は、前記絶縁層の下面よりも下方へ突出し、
複数の前記プレートの間には、前記電池セルの前記底面の前記絶縁層に面して、前記熱伝導シートが収容される空間を有し、
前記セルホルダは、前記電池セルの側面を支持する支持部と、前記絶縁層の前記下面の全体を前記冷却部に対して露出させる開口部と、を有し、
前記プレートは、前記冷却部に締結される締結部を有することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記プレートを前記冷却部に締結する締結部材をさらに備え、
前記プレートは、前記締結部材を挿通させる貫通孔を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記絶縁層と前記冷却部との間に配置された熱伝導シートをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数の電池セルの幅方向の両側に配置され、前記セルホルダの側部を介して前記複数の電池セルの狭側面に対向する一対のサイドプレートをさらに備え、
一対の前記サイドプレートの上端部は、前記電池セルの前記幅方向の中央部に向けて屈曲され、前記複数のセルホルダの前記側部の上端部に係合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
