Claims (15)

前記カルシウム源が、リン酸三カルシウム、クエン酸カルシウム、リン酸カルシウム、リン酸二カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され、並びに
前記凝集カルシウム源が、4.95μm~30μmの平均粒子径を有する、栄養成分。 - 前記レシチンバインダーが、4~12の親水性-親油性バランス(HLB)を有するレシチンを含む、請求項1に記載の栄養成分。
- 前記カルシウム源が、リン酸三カルシウムを含みかつ前記レシチンバインダーが、4~12のHLBを有するレシチンを含む、請求項1または2に記載の栄養成分。
- 前記凝集カルシウム源が、55重量%~99.5重量%の前記カルシウム源の粒子と0.5重量%~40重量%のレシチンバインダーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の栄養成分。
- 前記凝集カルシウム源が、10μm~50μmのx90粒子径を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の栄養成分。
- 前記凝集カルシウム源が、1.7~4の流動係数を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の栄養成分。
- 前記凝集カルシウム源が、0.35g/cm3~0.7g/cm3のゆるみかさ密度を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の栄養成分。
- 前記凝集カルシウム源が、1.4g/cm3~3g/cm3の骨格密度を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の栄養成分。
- タンパク質、脂肪、および炭水化物の1つ以上を含むベース粉末と、
レシチンバインダーで一緒に付着されたカルシウム源の粒子を含む凝集カルシウム源、
を含む栄養粉末であって、
前記カルシウム源が、リン酸三カルシウム、クエン酸カルシウム、リン酸カルシウム、リン酸二カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され、並びに
前記凝集カルシウム源が、4.95μm~30μmの平均粒子径を有する、栄養粉末。 - 前記レシチンバインダーが、4~12の親水性-親油性バランス(HLB)を有するレシチンを含む、請求項9に記載の栄養粉末。
- 前記カルシウム源が、リン酸三カルシウムを含みかつ前記レシチンバインダーが、4~12のHLBを有するレシチンを含む、請求項9または10に記載の栄養粉末。
- 前記凝集カルシウム源が、55重量%~99.5重量%の前記カルシウム源の粒子と0.5重量%~40重量%のレシチンバインダーを含む、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載の栄養粉末。
- 前記栄養粉末が、前記栄養粉末の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%~3重量%の前記凝集カルシウム源を含む、請求項9~12のいずれか一項に記載の栄養粉末。
- 水での再構成の際に、前記栄養粉末が、前記凝集カルシウム源を含まず他の点では同一の栄養粉末と比較して10%~88%少ない泡を生じる、請求項9~13のいずれか一項に記載の栄養粉末。
- 前記栄養粉末が、前記凝集カルシウム源を含まず他の点では同一の栄養粉末と比較して15%~75%の流動係数の上昇を呈する、請求項9~14のいずれか一項に記載の栄養粉末。
