6.任意的に、SO2を使用して、接触プロセスを通じてH2SO4を生成する。
Claims (14)
- 水性の反応器内で、ヨウ化水素対ヨウ素のモル比が6より大きい状態で、硫化水素を水及びヨウ素と反応させて、二酸化硫黄及びヨウ化水素酸を生成することを含む、硫化水素を分解する方法。
- ヨウ化水素酸を反応させて水素ガスを生成することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化硫黄が接触プロセスに供されて、硫酸を生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化硫黄を追加の硫化水素と反応させて、元素硫黄を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応により液体流が生成され、前記二酸化硫黄が前記液体流から分離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化硫黄が、前記液体流を部分的にフラッシングすることによって分離される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ヨウ化水素酸が気化プロセスに供されて、ガス状ヨウ化水素を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス状ヨウ化水素が、水素ガス及びヨウ素を含む反応器流出流に分解される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス状ヨウ化水素の分解が触媒を使用して行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス状ヨウ化水素の分解が熱分解を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水素ガスが前記反応器流出流から分離される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水素ガスが、フラッシュプロセスを使用して分離される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器流出流の残りがリサイクルされて追加の硫化水素と反応する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により二酸化硫黄及びヨウ化水素酸を生成すること、及び
さらに前記ヨウ化水素酸を分解して水素ガスを生成すること
を含む、硫化水素から水素を生成する方法。
