Description
1.インダクタ
本発明のインダクタの第1実施形態の一実施形態を、図1A-図2を参照して説明する。
図3A-Bを参照して、インダクタ1の製造方法の一実施形態について説明する。インダクタ1の製造方法は、例えば、用意工程、配置工程および積層工程を順に備える。
インダクタ1は、電子機器の一部品、すなわち、電子機器を作製するための部品であり、電子素子(チップ、キャパシタなど)や、電子素子を実装する配線基板を含まず、部品単独で流通し、産業上利用可能なデバイスである。
図5を参照して、図1A-図2に示す一実施形態の変形例について説明する。なお、変形例において、上記した一実施形態と同様の部材には、同様の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
図6-図7を参照して、本発明のインダクタの第2実施形態を説明する。なお、第2実施形態において、上記した第1実施形態と同様の部材には、同様の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。第2実施形態についても、第1実施形態と同様の作用効果を奏する。また、第2実施形態についても、第1実施形態の変形例を同様に適用することができる。

Claims (3)
- 配線と、前記配線を被覆する磁性層とを備えるインダクタであって、
前記配線は、導線と、前記導線を被覆する絶縁層とを備え、
前記磁性層は、異方性磁性粒子と、バインダとを含有し、
前記配線の周辺領域において、前記磁性層は、前記異方性磁性粒子が前記配線の周囲に沿って配向する配向領域を備え、
前記周辺領域は、断面視において、前記配線の重心から前記配線の外面までの最長長さおよび最短長さの平均の1.5倍値を、前記配線の前記外面から外側に進んだ領域であり、
前記インダクタの厚み方向一方面に、前記配線に起因する凸部を有し、
前記配線は、前記厚み方向と直交する直交方向に間隔を隔てて複数配置されており、
前記凸部の最上端と、前記インダクタの厚み方向一方面における、前記配線間の中点との上下方向距離は、5μm以上であることを特徴とする、インダクタ。 - 前記複数の配線は、前記磁性層を介して連続していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインダクタ。
- 前記配線の断面視形状が、円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のインダクタ。
