Claims (12)
- バッテリーセルを収容するケースと、前記ケースの外側に取り付けられるハンドルと、を備えるバッテリーパックであって、
前記ハンドルは、
スクリュー部材によって前記ケースに固定結合されるハンドル下部カバーと、
前記ハンドル下部カバーの上に層状に配置され、前記スクリュー部材が通過する貫通ホールを備えたハンドルプレートと、
前記ハンドルプレートをカバーし、前記ハンドル下部カバーと結合するハンドル上部カバーと、
を含み、
前記ハンドルプレートが、前記貫通ホールにねじ山を備え、
前記ハンドル上部カバーが、その内面に突出して形成され、前記ハンドルプレートの上面に位置する前記スクリュー部材の上端部を押圧するように設けられたスクリュー緩み防止部材を備えることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記スクリュー部材は、前記貫通ホールと前記ケースに形成される締結溝とに各々スクリュー結合するように設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記スクリュー部材が、
前記スクリュー部材の上端部を形成するヘッド部と、
前記ヘッド部から延び、前記ハンドルプレートと前記ハンドル下部カバーを通過し、端部が前記締結溝に介在されるシャフト部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ヘッド部が、
ドライバーで回転させられるように設けられたドライバー溝と、
前記ドライバー溝から放射状に延びて形成された拡張板と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記スクリュー緩み防止部材が、前記拡張板と垂直に接触するように設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記スクリュー緩み防止部材が、前記ドライバー溝よりも大きくて、前記拡張板から外れない大きさの内径を有し、前記拡張板と垂直に接触するパイプ状に設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記拡張板が、厚さ方向へ貫通して形成されたピンホールを備え、
前記スクリュー緩み防止部材が、前記ピンホールに挿入可能に設けられた回転防止ピンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記スクリュー緩み防止部材が、前記ドライバー溝よりも大きくて、前記拡張板から外れない大きさの内径を有し、前記拡張板と垂直に接触するパイプ状に設けられ、
前記回転防止ピンが、前記パイプ状の下端面から突出して形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ハンドル下部カバー及び前記ハンドル上部カバーのいずれか一方には係止孔が備えられ、前記ハンドル下部カバー及びハンドル上部カバーの他方には前記係止孔に係合可能な係止爪が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケースは、
ケースハウジングと、前記ケースハウジングと相互に結合するケースカバーと、を含み、
前記ケースカバーは、前記ケースカバーの左側サイド部と右側サイド部との間が凹んで形成され、前記ハンドルは、前記ケースカバーの前記左側サイド部及び前記右側サイド部に前記ハンドルの両端部が固定結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記スクリュー部材は、その端部が前記ケースに形成される締結溝に固定され、
前記締結溝にはインサートナットが備えられ、前記インサートナットは、その外側面に円周方向に沿って鋸歯パターンが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電気スクーター。
