Description
・ 本発明の別の目的は、溶融物または溶液それぞれの側とガス流側の両方での圧力損失を最小化することにある。これは、一方では、ノズルの長さ1メートルあたりのスループットを上げることであり、もう一方では、より長いノズルを、ほとんど手間をかけずに製造することができるようにノズルの撓みを低減させることであると推察される。
Claims (12)
- フィラメント(2)の押出のための装置(1)であって、
少なくとも2列の連続した列に配置され、紡糸液を押出すことによってフィラメント(2)を形成するための押出開口部(4)を有する、複数の押出細管(3)と、
フィラメント(2)の押出方向に本質的に配向されるガス流を少なくとも押出開口部(4)の周辺に生成するための、複数の、ガス流を発生させるための手段(7、8、10)と、
ガス出口プレート(11)と、を含み、
ガス流を発生させるための手段(7、8、10)が、押出開口部(4)の周辺に配置され、押出方向に配向されるガス流を生成するように設計されているか、または、ガス供給開口部(7)がベースプレート(5)に隣接して設けられている場合は、ガス流を押出方向に吐出するように構成されている、ガス出口開口部(10)を追加的に含み、
ガス出口プレート(11)内にガス出口開口部(10)が形成され、
押出細管(3)が、押出カラム(6)内に配置され、押出カラム(6)が、ベースプレート(5)から突出し、前記ベースプレート(5)と一体に形成され、
ガス出口プレート(11)が、ベースプレート(5)および押出カラム(6)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、装置(1)。 - ガス流を発生させるための手段(7、8、10)が、少なくとも2つのガス供給開口部(7)を含み、ガス供給開口部(7)が、ベースプレート(5)に隣接して配置され、互いに反対側に位置し、フィラメント(2)の押出方向に本質的に垂直に配向されるガス流をガス供給開口部(7)の周辺に生成するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 押出カラム(6)の外部形状が、円筒形、円錐形、直方体、オベリスク形、ピラミッド形、またはそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 押出細管(3)が、押出細管(3)の残りの部分の形状と異なる形状の入口部分(12)を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1-3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 入口部分(12)の形状が、円筒形、円錐形、正方形、矩形、円形、楕円形、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置(1)。
- 押出開口部(4)の形状が、円形、楕円形、三角形、正方形、矩形、T形、H形、U形、Y形、およびZ形からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1-5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 押出カラム(6)の少なくとも一部分が、
- 押出カラム(6)の長さ
- 押出カラム(6)の外部形状
- 押出カラム(6)の外径
- 押出細管(3)の入口部分(12)の存在
- 入口部分(12)の形状
- 押出開口部(4)の形状
から選択される少なくとも1つの特性において、押出カラム(6)の別の部分と異なることを特徴とする、請求項1-6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 本質的に矩形の基本形を有することを特徴とする、請求項1-7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 押出カラム(6)当たり1つの押出細管(3)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1-8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの押出カラム(6)であって、その中に2つ以上の押出細管(3)が設けられた押出カラム(6)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1-8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- フィラメント(2)の押出のための、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、EVA、EMA、EVOH、可融性コポリマー、PBT、PPS、PMP、PVA、PLAから選択される熱可塑性樹脂の溶融物、またはリヨセル紡糸液からのスパンボンド布の製造のための、請求項1-10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)の使用。
- 請求項1-10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)を製造する方法であって、ベースプレート(5)、押出カラム(6)、およびガス供給開口部(7)、ならびにガス出口プレート(11)を、基材から一緒に一体に形成することによって製造するステップを含む、方法。
