Description
Claims (6)
- 管の内面に沿ってらせん形に延在する少なくとも1つの凹部を有する内部成形部を備えた管を製造する深孔穿孔法であって、
前記管は、遠心鋳造管(5)であり、
前記内部成形部は、前記管の内面に沿ってらせん形に延在するn個の複数の凹部を有しており、
前記管の内面に沿ってらせん形に延在する前記凹部は、複数回の切削によって形成され、その際に、
深孔穿孔機を用いて、長手方向軸線に沿って延在する基体(2)と、該基体(2)の外周面に配置されたn個の複数の刃(3)とを有する工具(1)を、切削毎に、前記管の内部を通して牽引すると同時に、前記工具(1)の長手方向軸線(A)を中心として回転させかつ/または前記管を該管の長手方向軸線(A)を中心として回転させ、その結果、前記刃(3)は、前記管の内面においてらせん形の切削線に沿って切削を実行し、
または
前記管を、切削毎に、その長手方向軸線(A)に沿って、所定の装置を用いて、長手方向軸線に沿って延在する基体(2)と、該基体(2)の外周面に配置されたn個の複数の刃(3)とを有する工具(1)に覆い被せて牽引すると同時に、前記管をその長手方向軸線(A)を中心として回転させかつ/または前記工具(1)をその長手方向軸線(A)を中心として回転させ、その結果、前記刃(3)は、前記管の内面においてらせん形の切削線に沿って切削を実行し、
第1の切削終了後に前記長手方向軸線(A)に対する前記刃(3)の半径方向距離が短縮され、前記工具(1)は第2の切削が実施されるべき出発位置に位置するまで再度前記管内へ導入され、次いで前記基体(2)の前記長手方向軸線に対する前記刃(3)の半径方向距離が再び拡大される、
ことを特徴とする、深孔穿孔法。 - 前記基体(2)の前記長手方向軸線(A)に対する前記刃(3)の半径方向距離が、1回目の切削と2回目の切削との間で変更される、請求項1記載の深孔穿孔法。
- 穿孔油または切削液が前記管の内部にもたらされ、前記工具(1)の牽引方向または突出し方向とは反対の方向で前記管を通流する、請求項1または2記載の深孔穿孔法。
- 前記深孔穿孔法は、工具と、工具用のリニア駆動装置と、工具用の回転駆動装置とを有する深孔穿孔機を用いて行われ、
前記工具は、長手方向軸線(A)に沿って延在する管状の基体(2)と、該基体(2)の外周面に配置された複数の刃(3)とを有しており、
各前記刃(3)は、スローアウェイチップ(10)に形成されており、各該スローアウェイチップ(10)は、カセット(11)の一部に取外し可能に結合されており、
前記カセット(11)は、前記基体(2)の前記長手方向軸線(A)に対して所定の角度で位置する傾斜平面に沿って移動し、ひいては前記基体(2)の前記長手方向軸線(A)に対する前記カセット(11)の距離を変化させることができる、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の深孔穿孔法。 - 前記基体(2)の外周面に支持板(16)が設けられている、請求項4記載の深孔穿孔法。
- 前記回転駆動装置は、前記刃(3)を、1回の切削につき少なくとも2つの異なる始点に送り込むことができ、これらの始点は、前記長手方向軸線(A)を中心としたその回転位置において相違している、請求項4または5記載の深孔穿孔法。
