Description
図1に示されるように、車両用電子ミラーシステム10は、車両12に搭載された後側方撮影手段としてのアウタカメラユニット14と、後方撮影手段としての後方カメラ16と(図2参照)、表示手段としての電子インナーミラー18と、異常検出手段及び映像処理制御手段としての表示制御装置20と、異常処置手段としてのカメラヒータ22及びカメラ用洗浄装置24とを有している。
図7は、車両用電子ミラーシステム10のハードウェア構成を示すブロック図である。
上記の映像表示プログラムを実行する際に、車両用電子ミラーシステム10は、上記のハードウェア資源を用いて、各種の機能を実現する。車両用電子ミラーシステム10が実現する機能構成について説明する。
次に、車両用電子ミラーシステム10の作用について説明する。図9は、車両用電子ミラーシステム10による動作の流れを示すフローチャートである。CPU30がROM32又はストレージ36から映像表示プログラムを読み出して、RAM34に展開して実行することにより、映像表示が行われる。
次に、本実施形態の作用並びに効果を説明する。

Claims (4)
- 車両の後方を撮影する後方撮影手段と、
前記車両の左右側方側における後方をそれぞれ撮影する左右一対の後側方撮影手段と、
前記後方撮影手段及び前記後側方撮影手段のいずれか一方に発生した異常を検出する異常検出手段と、
前記異常検出手段により異常が検出された前記後方撮影手段及び前記後側方撮影手段のいずれか一方を正常状態へ移行させる異常処置手段と、
前記後方撮影手段により撮影された後方映像と、前記後側方撮影手段により撮影された後側方映像とに映像処理を施すことでそれぞれを合成した合成映像を表示手段に表示させると共に、前記異常検出手段により前記後方撮影手段及び前記後側方撮影手段のいずれか一方の異常が検出された際に異常が検出されていない前記後方撮影手段及び前記後側方撮影手段のいずれか他方により撮影された撮影映像を基に代替映像を生成して前記合成映像に代えて前記表示手段に表示させる異常時映像表示制御部と、異常が検出された前記後方撮影手段及び前記後側方撮影手段のいずれか一方が正常状態へ移行した際に前記代替映像に代えて前記合成映像を前記表示手段に表示させる異常復旧時映像表示制御部と、を備えた映像処理制御手段と、
を有し、
前記異常時映像表示制御部は、前記異常検出手段により前記後側方撮影手段に異常が検出された場合、前記後方撮影手段によって撮影された後方映像のみを前記表示手段に表示させるように映像処理を施した前記代替映像を生成する、ことを含む車両用電子ミラーシステム。 - 左右一対の前記後側方撮影手段は、それぞれの撮影範囲の一部が互いに重なる共通撮影範囲を有しており、
前記異常時映像表示制御部は、前記異常検出手段により前記後方撮影手段に異常が検出された場合に、左右一対の前記後側方撮影手段によって撮影されたそれぞれの後側方映像を、前記共通撮影範囲を基準として左右に並べて合成した前記代替映像を生成する、
請求項1記載の車両用電子ミラーシステム。 - 前記映像処理制御手段は、前記合成映像から前記代替映像へ切り替える際及び前記代替映像から前記合成映像へ切り替える際の少なくとも一方において、徐々に映像が切り替わるように表示させる、
請求項1又は請求項2記載の車両用電子ミラーシステム。 - 前記映像処理制御手段は、前記表示手段に前記代替映像を表示中に、前記代替映像であることを示す代替映像報知表示を前記表示手段に表示させる、
請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電子ミラーシステム。
