●第1段階の乾燥において攪拌型乾燥機を使用した場合、乾燥温度が低すぎてはならず、湿度が高すぎてはならない(例えば、温度を60℃より低くしてはならず、湿度を85%よりも高くしてはならない):第1段階のペレットは揮発分が高く、ペレットが軟らかいため、乾燥温度が低すぎたり乾燥湿度が高すぎたりした場合、表面の水分の揮発が足りなくなり、このときに攪拌型乾燥機を使用するとペレット表面に擦れが発生し、粒子の表面粗さが高くなりすぎてしまう。
●第1段階の乾燥において攪拌型乾燥機を使用した場合、乾燥温度が高すぎてはならない(例えば、温度を95℃よりも高くしてはならない):第1段階のペレットは揮発分が高く、粒子の融点が低いため、乾燥温度が高い場合、粒子表面が溶融する現象を招いてしまい、このときに攪拌型乾燥機を使用するとペレット表面が擦れて、粒子の表面粗さが高くなってしまう。
●第3段階の乾燥湿度は高すぎてはならない(例えば、湿度を50%よりも高くしてはならない):第3段階の湿度が高すぎると、ペレット表面が水分を含みやすくなり、ペレット表面の擦れを招き、表面粗さが高くなってしまう。
●3段階のすべてを静止型乾燥機にしてはならない:3段階の乾燥のすべてに静止型乾燥機を用いることで、粗さが不足し、溶融効果が悪くなってしまう。
Claims (10)
- エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂を含みペレット形態であるエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物であって、前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物は表面を有し、前記表面は、0.05~100の間の尖度(Sku)を有し、前記表面の線の最大高さ(Rz)は0.02~9.9μmの間であり、前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物の含水率は、1重量百分比(wt%)またはそれ以下であるエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物の表面は0.003~4μmの間の二乗平均平方根高さ(Sq)を有する、請求項1に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物の表面は0.005~5μmの間の突出山部高さ(Spk)を有する、請求項1に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重
合体樹脂組成物。 - 前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物の表面は0.015~10μmの間の表面最大高さ(Sz)を有する、請求項1に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂のエチレン含有量は20~48mole%の間である、請求項1に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂の鹸化度は99.5mole%よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 前記表面の線の最大高さ(Rz)は0.02~13μmの間である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 5~550ppmの間のホウ素含有量を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- 10~550ppmの間のアルカリ金属含有量を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
- ケイ皮酸、共役ポリエン、滑剤及びアルカリ土類金属で組成されたグループの1つ又はそれらの組み合わせをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂組成物。
