Description
タンクには、タンクの内壁近傍に設けられ内部に回収された排液を内壁に沿って周方向に旋回させる旋回流発生機構と、
タンク内において排液の旋回中心となる位置に設けられ、タンクの重力方向下方となる底部に臨むように開口して排液を吸い込む吸込口を有し、吸込口を通じて吸い込んだ排液を分離機構へと供給する供給機構と、
を備え、
タンクの内部には、吸込口近傍に設けられ内壁側へ向けて突出して排液の旋回を抑制することで、吸込口における排液の液面低下を抑制する旋回流抑制手段を有する。

Claims (3)
- 投射材と液体とを混合してワークへと噴射してショットピーニング処理を施す噴射機構と、前記ワークに噴射された前記投射材及び前記液体を含んだ排液を回収するタンクと、該タンクに回収された前記排液を遠心力で前記投射材と前記液体とに分離し、分離した前記投射材と前記液体を別々に回収する分離機構とを備えるショットピーニング装置において、
前記タンクには、該タンクの内壁近傍に設けられ内部に回収された前記排液を前記内壁に沿って周方向に旋回させる旋回流発生機構と、
前記タンク内において前記排液の旋回中心となる位置に設けられ、該タンクの重力方向下方となる底部に臨むように開口して前記排液を吸い込む吸込口を有し、前記吸込口を通じて吸い込んだ前記排液を前記分離機構へと供給する供給機構と、
を備え、
前記タンクの内部には、前記吸込口近傍に設けられ前記内壁側へ向けて突出して前記排液の旋回を抑制することで、前記吸込口における前記排液の液面低下を抑制する旋回流抑制手段を有する、ショットピーニング装置。 - 請求項1記載のショットピーニング装置において、
前記旋回流抑制手段は、前記タンクの周方向に沿って互いに離間するように設けられた複数の板片からなる、ショットピーニング装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載のショットピーニング装置において、
前記旋回流抑制手段は、前記吸込口に対して重力方向上方となる位置に設けられる、ショットピーニング装置。
