17.前記第1の除去モジュールが、加水分解モジュール、酸性ガス除去モジュール、脱酸素化モジュール、接触水素化モジュール、微粒子除去モジュール、塩化物除去モジュール、タール除去モジュール、およびシアン化水素研磨モジュール、からなる群から選択される、上記1に記載のプロセス。
18.前記CO 2 含有ガス基質から除去される前記少なくとも1つの構成物が、硫黄化合物、芳香族化合物、アルキン、アルケン、アルカン、オレフィン、窒素化合物、酸素、リン含有化合物、粒子状物質、固体、酸素、ハロゲン化合物、シリコン含有化合物、カルボニル、金属、アルコール、エステル、ケトン、過酸化物、アルデヒド、エーテル、タール、およびナフタレン、からなる群から選択される、上記1に記載のプロセス。
19.前記CO消費プロセスが、少なくとも1つのカルボキシド栄養性細菌の培養物を含む発酵プロセスである、上記1に記載のプロセス。
20.前記発酵プロセスが、エタノール、ブチレート、2,3-ブタンジオール、乳酸塩、ブテン、ブタジエン、メチルエチルケトン、エチレン、アセトン、イソプロパノール、脂質、3-ヒドロプロピオン酸塩、テルペン、脂肪酸、2-ブタノール、1,2-プロパンジオール、および1-プロパノールからなる群から選択される、発酵生成物を生成する、上記19に記載のプロセス。
Claims (10)
- 炭素変換効率を改善するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスが、
a.CO2含有ガス状基質を産業プロセスから第1の除去モジュールに渡して、前記CO2含有ガス状基質から少なくとも1つの構成物を除去し、第1のCO2処理済みガス流を生成することと、
b.前記第1のCO 2 処理済みガス流の少なくとも一部分を、第1のCO 2 濃縮モジュールに渡して、第1のCO 2 濃縮流、ならびにCOおよび/またはH 2 を含む第1のCO 2 リーン流を生成することと、
c.前記第1のCO 2 濃縮流の少なくとも一部分をCO2電解モジュールに渡して、前記第1のCO 2 濃縮流の少なくとも一部分を変換し、CO富化流および第1のO2富化流を生成することと、
d.前記CO富化流の少なくとも一部分を、発酵プロセスに渡すことと、

a.前記第2のO2富化流の少なくとも一部分を、前記産業プロセスに渡すことと、
b.前記O2リーン流の少なくとも一部分を、前記CO2電解モジュールに渡すことと、
c.前記O2リーン流の少なくとも一部分を、前記発酵プロセスに渡すことと、のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記プロセスが、前記産業プロセスからの前記CO2含有ガス状基質の少なくとも一部分を圧力モジュールに渡し、加圧されたCO 2 含有ガス状基質を生成し、その後前記加圧されたCO 2 含有ガス状基質を、前記第1の除去モジュールに渡すことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、水基質をH2電解モジュールに渡して、H2富化流を生成することと、前記H2富化流の少なくとも一部分を、前記発酵プロセスに渡すことと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- CO2を含む前記テールガスの少なくとも一部分が、圧力モジュールに渡されて、加圧されたテールガス流を生成し、前記加圧されたテールガス流が、前記第1の除去モジュールに渡される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記産業プロセスからの前記CO2含有ガス状基質が、CO、H2、およびCH4のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記産業プロセスが、炭水化物発酵、セメント製造、パルプおよび製紙、製鋼、石油精製、石油化学生産、コークス生産、嫌気性または好気性消化、ガス化、天然ガス抽出、石油抽出、冶金プロセス、アルミニウム、銅および/またはフェロアロイの生産および/または精製、地質貯留層、フィッシャートロプシュ法、メタノール生産、熱分解、水蒸気メタン改質、乾燥メタン改質、バイオガスまたは天然ガスの部分酸化、ならびにバイオガスまたは天然ガスの自己熱改質、を含む群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の除去モジュールが、加水分解モジュール、酸性ガス除去モジュール、脱酸素化モジュール、接触水素化モジュール、微粒子除去モジュール、塩化物除去モジュール、タール除去モジュール、およびシアン化水素研磨モジュール、からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- (i)前記CO2含有ガス基質から除去される前記少なくとも1つの構成物が、硫黄化合物、芳香族化合物、アルキン、アルケン、アルカン、オレフィン、窒素化合物、酸素、リン含有化合物、粒子状物質、固体、ハロゲン化合物、シリコン含有化合物、カルボニル、金属、アルコール、エステル、ケトン、過酸化物、アルデヒド、エーテル、タール、およびナフタレン、からなる群から選択される、
(ii)前記発酵生成物が、エタノール、ブチレート、2,3-ブタンジオール、乳酸塩、ブテン、ブタジエン、メチルエチルケトン、エチレン、アセトン、イソプロパノール、脂質、3-ヒドロキシプロピオン酸塩、テルペン、脂肪酸、2-ブタノール、1,2-プロパンジオール、および1-プロパノールからなる群から選択される、
(iii)CO富化流が酸素の少なくとも一部を含み、CO富化流の少なくとも一部が、CO富化流から酸素の少なくとも一部を除去するための脱酸素モジュールに渡される、
(iv)前記カルボキシド栄養性細菌が、ムーレラ、クロストリジウム、ルミノコッカス、アセトバクテリウム、ユーバクテリウム、ブチリバクテリウム、オキソバクター、メタノサルシナ、およびデスルホトクマクルムを含む群から選択される、
(v)前記カルボキシド栄養性細菌が、クロストリジウムオートエタノゲナムである、または
(vi)少なくとも一つの前記発酵生成物が、ディーゼル、ジェット燃料、および/またはガソリンのうちの少なくとも1つの成分にさらに変換される、
請求項1に記載のプロセス。
