c.前記CO富化流の少なくとも一部分を、CO消費プロセスに渡すことと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記産業プロセスからの前記CO2含有ガス状基質が、最初に圧力モジュールに渡されて、加圧されたCO2含有ガス流を生成し、前記加圧されたCO2含有ガス流が、前記第1の除去モジュールに渡される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、
a.前記第1のO2富化流の少なくとも一部分を、直接的に前記産業プロセスに渡すことと、
b.前記第1のO2富化流の少なくとも一部分をO2分離モジュールに渡して、第2のO2富化流およびO2リーン流を生成することと、のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記プロセスが、
a.前記第2のO2富化流の少なくとも一部分を、前記産業プロセスに渡すことと、
b.前記O2リーン流の少なくとも一部分を、前記CO2電解モジュールに渡すことと、
c.前記O2リーン流の少なくとも一部分を、前記CO消費プロセスに渡すことと、のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のプロセス。 - 前記プロセスが、前記産業プロセスからの前記CO2含有ガス状基質の少なくとも一部分および/または前記第1のCO2処理済みガス流の少なくとも一部分を、第1のCO2濃縮モジュールに渡して、第1のCO2濃縮流および第1のCO2リーン流を生成することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記第1のCO2濃縮流の少なくとも一部分を、前記第1の除去モジュールおよび前記CO2電解モジュールのうちの1つ以上に渡すことをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1のCO2リーン流が、COおよび/またはH2を含み、前記プロセスが、前記第1のCO2リーン流の少なくとも一部分を前記CO消費プロセスに渡すことをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記CO富化流の少なくとも一部分を圧力モジュールに渡して、加圧されたCO流を生成することと、前記加圧されたCO流の少なくとも一部分を前記CO消費プロセスに渡すことと、を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、水基質をH2電解モジュールに渡して、H2富化流を生成することと、前記H2富化流の少なくとも一部分を、前記CO消費プロセスに渡すことと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記CO消費プロセスが、CO2を含むテールガスを生成する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、
a.CO2を含む前記テールガスの少なくとも一部分を、前記第1の除去モジュールまたは第2の除去モジュールに渡して、前記テールガスから少なくとも1つの構成物を除去し、第2のCO2処理済みガス流を生成することと、
b.CO2を含む前記テールガスの少なくとも一部分を第2のCO2濃縮モジュールに渡して、第2のCO2濃縮流および第2のCO2リーン流を生成することと、のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項10に記載のプロセス。 - CO2を含む前記テールガスの少なくとも一部分が、圧力モジュールに渡されて、加圧されたテールガス流を生成し、前記加圧されたテールガス流が、前記第1の除去モジュールおよび/または前記第2の除去モジュールに渡される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記第2のCO2濃縮流の少なくとも一部分を、前記第1の除去モジュールまたは前記第2の除去モジュールに渡して、前記テールガスから少なくとも1つの構成物を除去し、第2のCO2処理済みガス流を生成することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記第2のCO2処理済みガス流の少なくとも一部分を、前記CO2電解モジュールに渡すことをさらに含む、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記産業プロセスからの前記CO2含有ガス状基質が、CO、H2、およびCH4のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記産業プロセスが、炭水化物発酵、ガス発酵、セメント製造、パルプおよび製紙、製鋼、石油精製および関連付けられたプロセス、石油化学生産、コークス生産、嫌気性または好気性消化、ガス化、天然ガス抽出、石油抽出、冶金プロセス、アルミニウム、銅および/またはフェロアロイの生産および/または精製、地質貯留層、フィッシャートロプシュ法、メタノール生産、熱分解、水蒸気メタン改質、乾燥メタン改質、バイオガスまたは天然ガスの部分酸化、ならびにバイオガスまたは天然ガスの自己熱改質、を含む群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の除去モジュールが、加水分解モジュール、酸性ガス除去モジュール、脱酸素化モジュール、接触水素化モジュール、微粒子除去モジュール、塩化物除去モジュール、タール除去モジュール、およびシアン化水素研磨モジュール、からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記CO2含有ガス基質から除去される前記少なくとも1つの構成物が、硫黄化合物、芳香族化合物、アルキン、アルケン、アルカン、オレフィン、窒素化合物、酸素、リン含有化合物、粒子状物質、固体、酸素、ハロゲン化合物、シリコン含有化合物、カルボニル、金属、アルコール、エステル、ケトン、過酸化物、アルデヒド、エーテル、タール、およびナフタレン、からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記CO消費プロセスが、少なくとも1つのカルボキシド栄養性細菌の培養物を含む発酵プロセスである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記発酵プロセスが、エタノール、ブチレート、2,3−ブタンジオール、乳酸塩、ブテン、ブタジエン、メチルエチルケトン、エチレン、アセトン、イソプロパノール、脂質、3−ヒドロプロピオン酸塩、テルペン、脂肪酸、2−ブタノール、1,2−プロパンジオール、および1−プロパノールからなる群から選択される、発酵生成物を生成する、請求項19に記載のプロセス。
