Claims (5)
- ブレーキシステムであって、
制動要求を出力する第1の車両制御装置と、
前記第1の車両制御装置からの制動要求またはブレーキペダルの操作による制動要求を受けて車両に制動力を付与する第1のアクチュエータと、
制動要求を出力する第2の車両制御装置と、
前記第2の車両制御装置からの制動要求を受けて前記車両に制動力を付与する第2のアクチュエータと、
前記第2の車両制御装置からの制動要求があるときに、前記ブレーキペダルの操作による制動要求があった場合に、最終制動要求を生成する調停部と、
を備え、
前記調停部は、前記第1の車両制御装置が失陥し、前記第2の車両制御装置からの制動要求があるときに、前記ブレーキペダルの操作による制動要求があった場合、前記第1のアクチュエータから取得した前記ブレーキペダルの操作による制動要求と前記第2の車両制御装置からの制動要求とを調停し生成した前記最終制動要求に基づき、前記第1のアクチュエータまたは前記第2のアクチュエータの少なくとも一方により前記車両に制動力を付与させるブレーキシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のブレーキシステムであって、
前記調停部は、前記最終制動要求に基づき、前記第1のアクチュエータにより前記車両に制動力を付与させるブレーキシステム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のブレーキシステムであって、
前記調停部は、前記第2の車両制御装置に設けられているブレーキシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステムであって、
前記第1のアクチュエータは、ホイルシリンダへ供給する液圧を制御する液圧制御装置であるブレーキシステム。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のブレーキシステムであって、
前記第2のアクチュエータは、ホイルシリンダへ供給する液量を制御する液量制御装置であるブレーキシステム。
