Description

Claims (14)
- 一方向に沿って互いに向かい合う一面と他面を有し、金属磁性粉末を含む本体と、
コイルパターンを含み、前記一方向を軸として少なくとも1つのターン(turn)を形成し、前記本体に埋設されたコイル部と、
前記本体の一面に配置され、前記コイル部と連結される外部電極と、
前記本体の他面に配置された遮蔽層と、
前記本体と前記遮蔽層との間に配置された絶縁層と、
前記遮蔽層上に配置されたカバー層と、を含み、
前記カバー層は、前記絶縁層に接触して、前記絶縁層とともに前記遮蔽層を密閉させる
コイル部品。 - 前記本体の他面の外側部における前記遮蔽層の厚さに比べて、前記本体の他面の中央部における前記遮蔽層の厚さがより厚い、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記遮蔽層は、
前記本体の他面に配置されたキャップ部と、
前記キャップ部と連結され、前記本体の一面と前記本体の他面とを連結する前記本体の壁面に配置された側壁部と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記キャップ部と前記側壁部が一体に形成される、請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記キャップ部と前記側壁部が曲面で連結される、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記キャップ部の厚さが前記側壁部の厚さより厚い、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記本体の壁面は複数で形成されており、
前記側壁部は、前記本体の複数の壁面のそれぞれに配置される、請求項3に記載のコイル部品。 - 複数の前記側壁部が一体に形成される、請求項7に記載のコイル部品。
- 複数の前記側壁部と前記キャップ部が一体に形成される、請求項8に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルパターンは複数で形成されており、
前記複数のコイルパターンは、前記一方向に積層されて互いに連結される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コイル部は、前記一方向に積層された第1コイルパターン及び第2コイルパターンと、前記第1コイルパターンと前記第2コイルパターンとを連結するビアと、を含み、
前記コイル部品は、
前記第1コイルパターンと前記第2コイルパターンとの間に配置され、前記ビアが貫通する内部絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1コイルパターン、前記内部絶縁層、及び前記第2コイルパターンの表面に沿って形成された絶縁膜をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記遮蔽層は、導電体及び磁性体の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 一方向に沿って互いに向かい合う一面と他面、及び前記一面と前記他面とを連結する壁面を有し、金属磁性粉末を含む本体と、
前記本体に埋設され、前記一方向に積層された第1コイルパターン及び第2コイルパターンを含むコイル部と、
前記本体の一面に互いに離隔配置され、前記第1及び第2コイルパターンにそれぞれ連結された第1及び第2外部電極と、
前記本体の他面に配置されたキャップ部、及び前記本体の壁面に配置された側壁部を含む遮蔽層と、
前記本体と前記遮蔽層との間、及び前記第1及び第2外部電極と前記遮蔽層との間に形成される外部絶縁層と、
前記遮蔽層を覆うように前記遮蔽層に形成され、前記外部絶縁層と連結されるカバー層と、を含み、
前記カバー層は、前記外部絶縁層に接触して、前記外部絶縁層とともに前記遮蔽層を密閉させる
コイル部品。
