Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、および
前記電池セル積層体上に位置したセンシングアセンブリ
を含み、
前記センシングアセンブリは、前記電池セル積層体上に位置した本体部および前記本体部と連結されたモジュールコネクタを含み、
前記本体部はフレキシブル回路基板(FPC:Flexible printed circuit)またはフレキシブルフラットケーブル(FFC:Flexible Flat Cable)であり、
前記本体部は熱線回路を含み、
前記本体部は、電圧センシング回路および温度センシング回路をさらに含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記本体部は、前記電池セル積層体の上部面全体を覆う、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱線回路は、前記複数の電池セルそれぞれの上部を通る、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルは、前記本体部に対して垂直に直立した状態で、前記本体部に対して平行な方向に沿って積層される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の最も外側に位置した電池セルの上部を通る前記熱線回路の間の間隔が、他の電池セルの上部を通る前記熱線回路の間の間隔より狭い、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱線回路は、前記電池セル積層体の最も外側に位置した電池セルの上部を通る部分の長さが異なる電池セルの上部を通る部分の長さより長い、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の中心から外側に行くほど前記熱線回路の間隔が狭くなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールコネクタは、前記熱線回路とそれぞれ連結された熱線回路入力ピンおよび熱線回路出力ピンを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の下部面に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームをさらに含み、
前記本体部は、前記電池セル積層体の上部面と前記モジュールフレームとの間に位置する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを一つ以上含む、電池パック。
