Description
本発明の一実施形態に係る3次元自動細胞培養は、細胞培養足場(Scaffold)を入れ、細胞を培養する細胞培養空間と、第1隔壁により前記細胞培養空間と区画形成されかつ前記細胞培養空間を取り囲むように設けられ、培養液(Media/Medium)を注入、貯留する培養液貯留空間と、前記第1隔壁に形成され、前記培養液貯留空間と前記細胞培養空間を連通させる排出口とを有する、透明素材の第1本体と、
前記第1隔壁に設置され、サイフォン作用により細胞培養空間の培養液を外部に排出する連通管と、
前記連通管を介して排出される培養液を回収し、外部に排出する培養液回収空間と、第2隔壁により前記培養液回収空間と区画形成され、外部から細胞(Culture Cell)を観察することができる細胞観察空間とを有する、前記第1本体の下部に配置された透明素材の第2本体と、を備えることができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る3次元自動細胞培養装置において、前記第1本体と前記第2本体は、透明材料であってもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係る3次元自動細胞培養装置において、前記連通管の一端の最下部は、前記第1隔壁における前記排出口より高い位置に形成してもよい。
これらの解決手段は、添付の図面に基づく以下の発明を実施するための具体的な内容から、より明らかになるであろう。
本発明の一実施形態においては、横断面が長方形である第2本体30の中心部側に横断面が長方形である第2隔壁32が配置されていることを示す。
連通管20を介して培養液が排出され、連通管20の一端の最下部より細胞培養空間11における培養液の水位が低くなると、培養液の排出が停止する。
Claims (7)
- 細胞培養足場を入れ、細胞を培養する細胞培養空間と、第1隔壁により前記細胞培養空間と区画形成されかつ前記細胞培養空間を取り囲むように設けられ、培養液を注入、貯留する培養液貯留空間と、前記第1隔壁に形成され、前記培養液貯留空間と前記細胞培養空間を連通させる排出口とを有する第1本体であって、前記培養液貯留空間の下端部は、排出口を中心にV字谷状をなすように形成され、前記排出口は、前記細胞培養空間の底部と接触しながら前記第1隔壁の下部に形成された第1本体と、
前記第1隔壁に設置され、サイフォン作用により細胞培養空間の培養液を外部に排出する連通管であって、前記連通管の一端の最下部は、前記第1隔壁における前記排出口より高い位置に形成された連通管と、
前記連通管を介して排出される培養液を回収し、外部に排出する培養液回収空間と、第2隔壁により前記培養液回収空間と区画形成され、外部から細胞を観察することができる細胞観察空間とを有する、前記第1本体の下部に配置された第2本体と、を備える三次元自動細胞培養装置。 - 前記第1、2本体は、一体に構成され、かつ、第1本体と一体に構成された第2本体の下部に培養液を排出するための排出ポートが形成された、請求項1に記載の3次元自動細胞培養装置。
- 前記第1、2本体は、横断面が多角形または円形であり、さらに、第1、2本体の中心部側に横断面が多角形または円形である第1、2隔壁が配置された、請求項1または請求項2に記載の3次元自動細胞培養装置。
- 前記細胞培養空間を開閉する第1蓋と、培養液貯留空間を開閉する第2蓋とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の3次元自動細胞培養装置。
- 前記第1、2蓋は、細胞培養空間と培養液貯留空間とが密封できるよう内側に密封パッドが備えられた、請求項4に記載の3次元自動細胞培養装置。
- 前記細胞培養空間の培養液は、
前記細胞培養空間の培養液が前記連通管の最大水位まで満たされると、サイフォン作用により前記連通管を介して排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の3次元自動細胞培養装置。 - 前記第1本体と前記第2本体は、透明素材からなる、請求項1に記載の3次元自動細胞培養装置。
