<発熱組成物の製造>
三角フラスコにカーボンナノチューブ((株)ハンファナノテック)1.5gを入れ、有機溶媒であるアルファ-テルピネオール(α-terpineol)33.75g、エチルセルロース(Ethylcellulose)1.25g、ケイ素系接着剤(RSN-0806、ダウコーニング)5gおよび分散剤(DISPERBYK-192、BYK)0.75gを投入した。次いで、前記三角フラスコを撹拌機に装着して60分間撹拌して十分に分散させ、発熱組成物を製造した。
300mm×195mmの面積と20mmの厚さを有する石板(Jangsu Gopdol)を焼物板として準備した。焼物板の表面をエタノールで洗浄し、250℃で30分間熱処理して、焼物板の表面に存在し得る異物などを除去した。
実施例1で厚さが20mmである焼物板の代わりに厚さが15mmである焼物板を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。
<電気焼物板の電圧による昇温速度の評価>
実施例1で製造された電気焼物板の電圧による昇温速度をテストするために、電気焼物板の電極の両端にスライダックスを連結して印加電圧をそれぞれ50、60および70V印加し、熱画像カメラ(TiS50、FLUKE)で電気焼物板の石板の温度を測定した。
<電気焼物板の電圧による温度維持の評価>
実施例1で製造された電気焼物板の温度が電圧によって一定に維持されるかを評価するために、70Vの印加電圧で10分間維持した後、40Vに減少させて計60分間電圧を印加し、熱画像カメラ(TiS50、FLUKE)で石板の温度を測定した。
<焼物板の厚さによる昇温速度の評価>
電気焼物板の焼物板の厚さによる昇温速度の評価のために、実施例1および実施例2で製造された厚さのみ互いに異なる各電気焼物板に70Vの電圧を印加し、240℃まで昇温する時間を測定した。
<従来熱線ヒータを用いた電気焼物板との比較評価>
実施例1で製造された電気焼物板と対照群として従来の熱線ヒータを用いた電気焼物板との熱効率特性を評価するために、所定の電圧で時間による焼物板の温度の変化を熱画像カメラ(TiS50、FLUKE)で測定した。

Claims (13)
- 焼物板、前記焼物板に面接触する単一の発熱層および前記発熱層と接する電極を含む電気焼物板であって、
前記発熱層は、カーボンナノチューブおよびケイ素系接着剤を含む発熱組成物で形成されることを特徴とし、
前記電極は、正極および負極で構成される複数の単位電極対を含み、前記単位電極対が互いに離隔していることに起因する離隔空間によって形成される離隔ラインを基準に温度偏差が誘発され、
複数の前記単位電極対の間の隔離距離を調節することで、単位発熱領域面の形成位置およびサイズを調節する、電気焼物板。 - 前記発熱層は、前記単位電極対によって温度が相違するように制御される単位発熱領域面を含み、
前記発熱層と接する焼物板の他面は、前記単位発熱領域面に対応する複数の単位焼物板領域面を含み、前記単位焼物板領域面が互いに独立して温度が制御される、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。 - 前記単位発熱領域面または前記単位焼物板領域面に接する複数の温度センサをさらに含み、
前記温度センサにより前記単位焼物板領域面の温度が独立して制御される、請求項2に記載の電気焼物板。 - 前記焼物板または前記発熱層に接する温度センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記単位電極対に独立して電力を印加する電源部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記電源部は、前記発熱層に5~240Vの電圧を印加する、請求項5に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記発熱層の平均厚さは10μm~2mmである、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記焼物板の平均厚さは5~50mmである、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記焼物板の一面に前記電極が形成された後、前記発熱組成物が前記電極を覆って塗布される、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記焼物板の一面に前記発熱組成物が塗布されて発熱層が形成された後、前記発熱層に前記電極が接着組成物により接合される、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記発熱組成物は、バインダーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記発熱組成物は、カーボンナノチューブ1~50重量%、ケイ素系接着剤1~30重量%、バインダー1~20重量%、分散剤1~20重量%および有機溶媒1~90重量%を含む、請求項11に記載の電気焼物板。
- 前記バインダーは、エチルセルロースおよびニトロセルロースから選択されるいずれか一つ以上の有機バインダーを含み、
前記分散剤は、アミノ含有オリゴマーまたはポリマーのホスホラスエステル塩;リン酸のモノエステルまたはジエステル;酸性ジカルボン酸モノエステル;ポリウレタン-ポリアミン付加物;およびポリアルコキシル化モノアミンまたはジアミン;から選択されるいずれか一つまたは二つ以上を含み、
前記有機溶媒は、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、ブチルアルコール、エチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、N-メチル-2-ピロリドン、ヘキサン、シクロヘキサノン、トルエン、クロロホルム、ジクロロベンゼン、ジメチルベンゼン、トリメチルベンゼン、ピリジン、メチルナフタレン、ニトロメタン、アクリロニトリル、オクタデシルアミン、アニリン、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジエチレングリコールエチルエーテルおよびテルピネオールから選択されるいずれか一つまたは二つ以上を含む、請求項12に記載の電気焼物板。
