Description
交換対象となるディスクが取り付けられるシャフトの一部をまだ使用できるディスクが取り付けられるシャフトの一部から分離するように、シャフトの回転軸に垂直な平面断面で、ロータシャフトを切断する工程と、
交換対象となる各ディスクの代わりに、中実断面を備えるハブを有する新しいディスクを提供する工程と、
中実断面を備えるシャフトの新しい端部分を提供する工程と、
シャフトの残りの部分とシャフトの新しい端部分との間に新しいディスクを締め付け、アンカーボルトによって新しいディスクをシャフトの残りの部分に固定する工程と、を含む。
Claims (4)
- 所与の数の最後のブレードディスク(14N-2,14N-1,14N)を新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)と交換することによって、ガスタービンの多段式軸流圧縮機のロータ(10)を修復する方法であって、前記最後のブレードディスク(14N-2,14N-1,14N)の各々は、中央ボア(20)を有するハブ(16)を備え、回転軸(x)の周りに回転可能である前記ロータ(10)のシャフト(12)上に締まり嵌めによって設置され、
a)交換対象となる前記ブレードディスク(14N-2,14N-1,14N)が設置される前記シャフト(12)の一部を前記シャフト(12)の残りの部分(12’)から分離するように、前記シャフト(12)の回転軸(x)に垂直な断面平面(P)で前記シャフト(12)を切断する工程と、
b)交換対象となる各ブレードディスク(14N-2,14N-1,14N)の代わりに、中実断面を備えるそれぞれのハブ(16”)を有するそれぞれの新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)を提供する工程と、
c)中実断面を備える前記シャフト(12)の新しい端部分(12”)を提供する工程と、
d)前記新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)を前記シャフトの前記残りの部分(12’)と前記シャフトの前記新しい端部分(12”)との間に締め付け、アンカーボルト(28,30)によって前記新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)を前記シャフトの前記残りの部分(12’)に固定する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)は、交換対象となる前記ブレードディスク(14N-2,14N-1,14N)の材料以外の材料で作製される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の貫通孔(24”)が、前記新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)の各々の前記ハブ(16”)に設けられ、前記新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)を前記シャフトの前記残りの部分(12’)に固定するために工程d)で用いられる前記アンカーボルト(28,30)の各々は、各新しいブレードディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)のために、そのディスク(14N-2”,14N-1”,14N”)の前記ハブ(16”)のそれぞれの貫通孔(24”)を通過するねじ(28)を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程d)において、前記アンカーボルト(28,30)の前記ねじ(28)の各々は、前記シャフトの前記残りの部分(12’)の端面(12a’)に設けられるそれぞれの止まりねじ穴(32)の中へねじ留めすることによって、前記シャフトの前記残りの部分(12’)に固定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
