Claims (9)
- ターボ機械におけるタービンの過速度を制限する装置であって、タービンが、タービン軸に取り付けられたディスクから形成されかつ可動ブレードを担持するロータと、ロータのディスク間に配置された固定ブレードの段と、タービン軸が破損した場合に、ロータのディスクのブレードを破壊する破壊手段とを備え、該破壊手段が、ロータの上流側ディスクと該ロータの次のディスクとの間に配置される固定ブレードの段によって固定されかつ担持され、かつ、タービン軸の破損に起因するロータの下流側変位の開始時点で、ロータの上流側ディスクのブレードを剪断するために、固定ブレードの径方向内側端部に設けられている、前記装置。
- 剪断する手段が、固定ブレードの段の上流側周縁リムによって担持されあるいは形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 剪断する手段が、前記リムの周縁の周りに配分された複数の鋸歯を備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 剪断する手段が、ブレードの根元部に隣接する可動ブレードの薄い部分すなわち「ストラット」に作用するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 剪断する手段が、上流側方向に突出している軸方向寸法を有し、該軸方向寸法が、剪断される可動ブレードの薄い部分の軸方向寸法の少なくとも一部に等しく、かつ可動ブレードの非切断部分すなわち非破壊部分がその極限破断強度に少なくとも等しい応力を受けるのに十分である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 剪断する手段が、破壊される可動ブレードの硬度よりも大きい硬度の材料から作られる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 剪断する手段が、研磨材料で少なくとも一部が被覆されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 剪断する手段が、機械加工によってあるいは鋳造によって製造される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- タービンが、ターボジェットの低圧タービンである、請求項1に記載の装置。
