Description
Claims (20)
- 交流(AC)電源及び直流(DC)バスに操作可能に接続され、前記AC電源の各相と前記DCバスの各相とを選択的に接続する第一の複数のスイッチングデバイスを含むコンバータと、
モータ及び前記DCバスに操作可能に接続され、前記モータの複数の相の各相と前記DCバスの各相とを選択的に接続する第二の複数のスイッチングデバイスを含むインバータと、
前記モータにより駆動される負荷についての緊急停止条件の検出に応答して受動遅延回路を介して、前記モータおよび/または前記負荷の物理的制動のためのブレーキをかけることを命令し、前記AC電源の少なくとも1つの相に対応する前記コンバータの相脚の各前記第一の複数のスイッチングデバイスを切断状態にすることにより前記AC電源の前記少なくとも1つの相を無効にすること、及び、前記DCバスから前記AC電源へ電圧を戻すように残りの少なくとも1つの相を前記コンバータにより機能させ続けることによって、前記ブレーキを物理的にかける前に電圧を前記DCバス上で低下させるように構成されたコントローラと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記緊急停止条件の検知に応答して前記インバータをオフ状態にするように命令するようにさらに操作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記緊急停止条件の検知に応答して前記モータへ電圧降下機能を適用するようにさらに操作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記モータの速度を監視し、また閾値条件が満たされるまで、前記電圧降下機能を前記モータへ適用し続けるように操作可能である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第一の複数のスイッチングデバイスのうちの1つ以上を開放し、前記電圧を前記DCバス上で低下させるように操作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、ダイナミック制動抵抗器を介して前記DCバスのハイサイドとローサイドとの間の電気接続を選択的に確立し、前記電圧を前記DCバス上で低下させるように操作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記DCバスの前記ハイサイドと前記ローサイドとの間のDCリンクキャパシタをさらに備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、電圧を前記DCバスから前記AC電源へ前記コンバータを介して戻すようにさらに操作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記受動遅延回路は、少なくとも1つのダイオードを直列で備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記負荷は、前記モータにより駆動される乗員搬送を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- コンバータを交流(AC)電源及び直流(DC)バスへ操作可能に接続し、前記コンバータが前記AC電源の各相と前記DCバスの各相とを選択的に接続する第一の複数のスイッチングデバイスを含み、
インバータをモータ及び前記DCバスへ操作可能に接続し、前記インバータが前記モータの複数の相の各相と前記DCバスの各相とを選択的に接続する第二の複数のスイッチングデバイスを含み、
コントローラにより、前記モータにより駆動される負荷についての緊急停止条件の検出に応答して受動遅延回路を介して、前記モータおよび/または前記負荷の物理的制動のためのブレーキをかけることを命令し、
前記AC電源の少なくとも1つの相に対応する前記コンバータの相脚の各前記第一の複数のスイッチングデバイスを切断状態にすることにより前記AC電源の前記少なくとも1つの相を無効にすること、及び、前記DCバスから前記AC電源へ電圧を戻すように残りの少なくとも1つの相を前記コンバータにより機能させ続けることによって、前記ブレーキを物理的にかける前に電圧を前記DCバス上で低下させる、
ことを備える、方法。 - 前記緊急停止条件の検出に応答して前記インバータをオフ状態にするように命令する、
ことをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記緊急停止条件の検出に応答して電圧降下機能を前記モータへ適用する、
ことをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記モータの速度を監視し、
閾値条件が満たされるまで、前記電圧降下機能を前記モータへ適用する、
ことをさらに備える、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記第一の複数のスイッチングデバイスのうちの1つ以上を開放し、前記電圧を前記DCバス上で低下させる、
ことをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - ダイナミック制動抵抗器を介して前記DCバスのハイサイドとローサイドとの間の電気接続を選択的に確立し、前記電圧を前記DCバス上で低下させる、
ことをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - DCリンクキャパシタは、前記DCバスの前記ハイサイドと前記ローサイドとの間にある、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記AC電源の一相または二相を無効にし、
電圧を残りの一相を介して前記DCバスから前記AC電源へ戻す、
ことをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記受動遅延回路は、少なくとも1つのダイオードを直列で備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記負荷は、前記モータにより駆動される乗員搬送を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
