Description
Claims (12)
- 経皮センサによって患者の分析を行うためのシステムであって、
当該患者に被着するためのベースユニット(1)と、前記ベースユニット(1)に着脱
式に取り付けし得る、当該患者に前記センサを経皮挿入するための注入器(2)と、前記
ベースユニット(1)に着脱式に取り付けし得る、前記センサによって測定データを生成
させるための検出ユニット(3)とを有するシステムにおいて、
前記ベースユニット(1)は保持装置(4)を有し、前記保持装置は注入器(2)及び
検出ユニット(3)と協働して次のように―つまり、前記ベースユニット(1)に検出ユ
ニット(3)が配置された検出コンフィギュレーションにおいて、前記保持装置(4)に
よって、前記センサ(5)を摩擦係止固定するための圧接力が形成され、前記ベースユニット(1)に注入器(2)が配置された注入コンフィギュレーションにおいて、前記保持装置(4)によって、前記センサ(5)に対して、前記検出コンフィギュレーションに比較して僅少な圧接力が形成されるように―形成されており、
前記保持装置(4)は、弾性材料(7)と少なくとも1つのレバー部材(6)を有し、
前記レバー部材(6)は、前記保持装置(4)への前記検出ユニット(3)の取り付けによって、前記センサ(5)の方向へ変位し得るように配置及び形成され、
前記センサ(5)は、前記センサ(5)の一部を取り囲む前記弾性材料(7)によって保持されており、
前記レバー部材(6)が前記センサ(5)に直接圧迫しないように、前記レバー部材(6)は、前記センサ(5)を前記摩擦係止固定するために前記センサ(5)を覆っている検出ユニット(3)の一部分によって、前記弾性材料(7)に対して変位するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記保持装置(4)は、前記レバー部材(6)と協働する弾性復元部材(6b)を有し
、前記弾性復元部材は前記レバー部材(6)に対して前記センサ(5)から離反する方向
への復元力を生ずるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記保持装置(4)は、前記センサ(5)を包囲するように配置された複数の前記レバー部材を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記レバー部材は、環状に、好ましくは、均等に分散されて、前記センサ(5)を包囲
して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記検出ユニット(3)は、前記ベースユニット(1)に前記検出ユニット(3)が配置された際に、前記レバー部材(6)に対する、特に前記センサの方向への圧接力が形成されるように配置された圧接面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持装置(4)は、前記センサ(5)によって貫通されるように形成された前記弾性材料を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性材料は、前記センサ(5)を摩擦係止密接―特に、プレス嵌め―するために形
成された、前記センサ(5)のための貫通穴を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - ベースユニット(1)と検出ユニット(3)、及び/又は、ベースユニット(1)と注
入器(2)は、バヨネット継手による着脱式の取り付けのために形成されていることを特
徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記センサ(5)は、注入位置において、前記保持装置(4)を貫通して配置し得るこ
とを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 検出コンフィギュレーションにおいて、センサ(5)が注入位置に位置する際に、前記
検出ユニット(3)は前記検出ユニット(3)の連結要素によって前記センサ(5)に密
接するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記連結要素は、光学的な連結要素として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持装置(4)は、注入コンフィギュレーションにおいて、前記注入器のカニュー
レ(8)によって貫通されるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
